Guys showed late, which was okay because they called ahead. But then they were very rushed and did a HORRIBLE job. In my living room, they went so quick I had to ask them to go over it again. In the end, they basically transferred the dirt from our high traffic areas into streaks across my carpet. It looks worse than before. I thought at first it would look better when it dried (which took a few days to dry completely). However, once I realized those dirt streaks weren't going anywhere I called to see if they could come out and re-do. I never got a call back. So I called them back and was told they can only come back out if I called within 48 hours. They wanted to charge me again. Even with a reduced rate, how could I trust them?!?! My carpet is ruined and I am so unhappy. There are many companies to choose from. Do not choose Braxton. Also - they reeked of cigarette smoke so badly I had to stand a few steps away from them. read more

Guys showed up a half an hour before time window and didnt call. Thats ok though. They stayed until we got there (15 mins before time window) however, my wife looked at there website that day and seen a coupon for buy one get one on upholstery cleaning the day before. Tried to print the coupon from there website but was unable too. After they were done i asked about the buy one get one and he said let me go ask the other guy. and one of the guys said the coupon was already applied. But when going to sign the invoice it said 79.00 x 2 so it wasnt.... when signing the invoice i questioned it and they said they would call there supervisor. He did. She basically said no even though i had it pulled up on there website. Buy one get one free. The cleaner said ok. Well why dont u tell the customer that then. And handed me the phone. She explained that to get the discount we should have known about the discounts on there website and they dont automatically apply. But ile take off 30 bucks... i obliged cause the tech did a great job. Obviously anybody reading this just get another company lol. Theres so many and it was an awkward encounter. My in laws had theres done same day. Bigger house and for 70 cheaper. read more
