Cesar the first technician that did the trouble shooting was very professional and detail on what he found wrong with my AC. Took about 5 days for the parts and to come in fix it. Cesar return with all parts, along with his partner Milton both techs took care of it with no issues. Highly recommend this company. My heater motor went out after it was serviced for maintenance before winter by a company with can in their name. They wanted to sell me on what they thought I needed and not paying attention to the elephant in the room. Cesar was my technician and took his time with my unit. He was also very honest and relaxed and not trying to sell me something. We also talked about what the other company's suggestion was and disagreed. Our AC unit was out for a week. Cesar was the technician who came out. He was on time and professional. We have a complicated setup with our roof, but he figured it out and had no issues finding the problem. It was an issue with a blower motor and he went and picked one up in the same hour and came back and installed it. AC works great now. Thanks Cesar and Bravo! read more

Please avoid this company! Bravo company sent a man over my house to work on a Tune up through my home warranty. He went up and clean the A/C, but he unattached the PVC lane that goes into the A/C and he left if leaking. He came down from the roof and said don't turn it on because it will leak. I asked why? He said it is unattached, I tried to glue it but I couldn't. I said well we've used it all summer long and it wasn't leaking. The PVC lane was attached. He did it by mistake and just left like that. He wrote in his recommendations to make another work order so someone can come and attach it. Then they made a work order for me and stated my heater wasn't turning on and I never told them anything about the heater. Also, they came and attached back the PVC lane and now they want to charge me another fee. I am not paying for their mistake and they are not professional enough to accept it was a mistake done by their technician. Don't go with them or they will mess with your a/c. read more

This is a rave review for Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning. I am so pleased that we ran into them due to certain circumstances. Our air conditioning went out a week before we were due to have a baby. Our home was 90 degrees each day. We contacted our homeowner's insurance and they sent out Silver Lining Air Conditioning to have a look. After 30 minutes, the repairman said we needed a completely new ac unit and it couldn't be fixed. We didn't trust this information and had bad experience after bad experience with this company, so we requested another sub contractor. They immediately sent out Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning. The two repairmen, Cesar and Milton, came and stayed for 2 hours, taking everything apart, testing, and evaluating. After 2 hours, they were able to fix our air conditioning unit and it is back to normal, actually works even better than before. So, the silver lining here is that Bravo ended up doing the work correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Bravo Heating and Air conditioning to anyone that wants professional and honest work. I have had three HVAC. companies come out to my house to resolve an issue with our AC unit. My house was built in 1940 but the ac/heat system is a few years old. Today Cesar and Milton came out and got to work. Finally a tech explaining exactly why my ac unit wasn't working now full capacity. They took their time going over the unit the duct work and return/exhaust vents. I didn't like what I heard but it is what needs to be done. Old metal duct work should be replaced and additional attic vents. These guys showed up on time, consulted with me of what I thought was wrong and then took apart some of the unit, cleaned out what needed to be cleaned and reassembled the unit. They took the time to explain why I was having the issues with my ac unit and gave me solutions to make it better. I will recommend Bravo with Cesar and Milton whenever I can. read more

This business is hiring wrong people to represent there business the tech cesar was rude and very aggressive he told us what was cover in replacing a condenser in our ac and he also advised a wash was needed on the coils and that it would be covered but when the work was done he was telling me I had to pay 80.00 he just walked in my house and said he needed payment I didn't feel comfortable with him in my house and my lil child here so I told him to wait outside and I'll go get the payment even though we were told we didn't need to pay I would never use this company again read more

Would have given them a 0 if I could. Cesar showed up, I showed him around, explained all that we had tried and was being my normal cordial self. Everything was fine and professional. Until my husband left. The second my husband drove away Cesar became very talkative. The look in his eyes changed and the eye contact was excessive. I had turned the thermostat up then back down to get it to kick off then back on and when he came back in I left him know what I had done. He said,"well since you touched the thermostat we have to wait 5 minutes for it to kick on now. After a bit he goes to the thermostat, touches it to get it to light back up and says,"oh you have it set to heat". Pretty sure I didn't but mistakes happen. Then he moves back and says,"go ahead and set it to cool." He could have done that but.. I go to adjust it and when I glance back he is leaning on my couch (that we had to move away from the wall to get to the thermostat) and mostly blocks my exit while standing less than a foot away from me, staring at me. (Also never wore a mask in my house) I looked at him weird then back at the thermostat to say,"so, is it going to kick on..?" It did and he moved. As I moved to a location further from him I look back at him to see that he has such an intense creepy smile happening while staring at me and he says,"are you a hardworking woman?" He then told me he could tell and how impressive that was and how since I'm working from home right now I can "have babies" and "raise my babies". I stopped smiling and being friendly and he says that is going to go grab my receipt from his van. As he reaches for my door with his right hand, his left hand come up to meet at the doorknob, he waits a few seconds THEN opens the door... what else would he be doing but unlocking it?? Why was it locked? He had been leaving the door partially open when my husband was there. I followed him outside to not give him a chance to do that again. He walked back quickly and said,"oh I was gunna meet you back inside." So I said,"thanks, have a good day" and he left. He was great at explaining all that he was doing and keeping us updated. Everything was fine until my husband left and we were alone in the home. On a separate occasion Milton was the one to come. He knocked, I welcomed him in, he only said,"where's your furnace?" Then got to work. Very short, no greeting. Within 10 minutes the noise of the AC kicking on was exciting, I said to Milton as he was heading out the door,"that sounded like a good noise!" Milton pulled his mask down and said very seriously,"it's not fixed." Then went outside. An hour later he says,"it's fixed" and goes to leave so I said,"wait! What was the problem??" He said,"two wires were touching" then went to leave again. I asked if it will stay on this time and he replied,"it should. Call us if it doesn't." Then left. Please do not use this company. They may be okay if you are a single male as (from what I can tell) they did good work but otherwise I would recommend using ANYONE ELSE for your AC or heating needs. I waited far too long to share this but was nervous of repercussions. read more
