It had a few pills on it. Nothing major. They said they don't clean items with pills on them. They added they could remove the pills but were too busy. The second time I brought in my bedspread. Just to wash it in the machine and dry it. They said they could notbecause it had some dog hair on it. Not much, but well. There was another dry cleaner in the same parking lot. This store wouldn't honor the coupon for my $75 order. The not-so-helpful and not-too-nice staff member told me that coupons must be presented at the time of drop off. I checked my coupon and told her it doesn't say that on the coupon. She said, 'it says it on the computer.' There is a 3"x3" pastel post-it note handwritten in ball point pen, stuck on the back of their computer. Very unprofessional. I won't be back.
