The food was decent for fast food. The restaurant was clean, but the men's bathroom was not. Customer service was prompt and nice.

Stopped in to pick up breakfast for the family this Friday morning. Got 4 big country breakfast meals. Cost was $14. Inside was clean. The lady who was working the drive thru said someone would be right with me. A gentleman came from around the counter and took my order. Went to Braums on Harrison To buy Milk around 2:50 pm Monday 8/12/24 waiting for cashier on groceries side. And Looked over to fountain area and saw a female employee get a spoon and eating out of the squares of icecream.And I ask for manger she was the assistant. Told to her what happened she didn't seamed surprised and didn't act interested . Said she would talk to her but never ask me which employee it was. That tells me she didn't really care. Very disappointing.... I love Braum's in my town but this one is obviously lacking in customer service and they don't care. We ordered 2 different ice creams, repeated the order 3 times. The employee never repeated the order back to us. We got to the pickup window and were given 1 ice cream that was the wrong size. The girl shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes when we asked where the other order was and the one she gave us was the wrong size. She didn't offer to get us the other order or rectify the order that was the wrong size. She just told us that is what we paid for... we actually hadn't paid for anything yet!! The evening manager was not nice to his employees or helpful. I had a new employee they asked where something was, the answer they got was in a hateful voice NOT NOW CAN'T YOU SEE I'M BUSY. I felt so bad for the new employee. Finally an other employee saw I was wait for a while asked if she could help. Took her a while to find the cups, She did found it and apologized for my wait. Ordered chicken strips, fries and Braum's dipping sauce. The sauce looked like it had been eaten out of and the container was almost empty. The lid was gross as well. I called the manager and it was just excuses and she said it just hadn't been filled correctly. Only offered to give me another one if I came back. Wow! Just made my first visit here. I thought it was just another, run-of-the-mill burger joint, but was surprised to find a very nice little market with good looking fresh produce, staples, fresh dairy and meats, frozen foods and ice cream. And the prices were good. This was before we even made it to the food counter. Actually they had an ice cream counter and a food counter. We ordered a delicious Strawberry/Poppyseed salad topped with nice fried chicken strips. It also had nuts and fresh blueberries and croutons. Very nice! I leave angry every time I come here, because the service is so horrible. The most recent annoyance involved a banana fudge sundae. I always get that, but I like extra banana, half fudge/half caramel, lots of whipped cream, no nuts, no cherry. The girl there tonight seemed to be new, so I had to explain carefully what I wanted, but she did a stellar job. It looked glorious. And then... her supervisor walks by, picks up my sundae, drops it in the trash and then tells her "there's not supposed to be caramel on that". There IS supposed to be caramel on a banana fudge sundae if I say there is, bia! At any rate, the girl whose glorious sundae was unfairly discarded was relegated to dish duty while some other dude made me a far inferior replacement. Yeah, he put the caramel on there like I asked, but it was shy on banana, and there were nuts on it. That's right. There were nuts. It wasn't a battle worth fighting any further. Today I went to Braums for breakfast after spending the morning mowing the lawn. I pulled in the drive thru at 10:30 and was told that they were "out" of everything except biscuits, gravy, and hash browns. And, by "out", I mean they simply chose to stop making eggs, bacon, sausage, etc before the end of breakfast at 11:00am. This is unacceptable practice especially with so much competition for breakfast fast food. I said thank you and drove across the street to Whataburger, who, unlike this Braums location, honors their posted breakfast hours. read more

Had messed up food paid for addons we didn't receive and they refused to take care of a replacement without not only having the item not eaten or even partially eaten but blamed it on corporate. Train better staff and you wont have to replace meals! read more

Don't know how a hamburger could be much better and the shake was great. This is the first Braum's we have ever eaten at. For a fast food place this was great. We will be glad to stop here when we want a good quick burger. read more

When he told her that the order was wrong she called the manager and the cook. They took back the drinks that he did not order and gave him some fries and called it even. He was ripped off.
