Just as we arrived it was open for the 4 of us. Alot of the ice cream in the cases was down to bottom all dried. So definitely not appetizing. Mint choc chip, birthday cake and Carmel choc swirl were all good. To pay, he had to take my card to the drive thru register instead of right in front of us. He was working by himself and seemed nice. May be ok for a drive thru or to pick up a ice cream cake, or Donuts but not to go into for an sit down outing.

They also had a restroom available if need be. Outside seating is also available. The ice cream is made with fresh ingredients and the taste/quality matches! The waffle cone held up nicely and didn't taste old. Crisp and delicious. The scoops are large too so a single scoop was more than enough. I got a ferrero rocher inspired flavor and I would absolutely get it again. They had dairy free options which was nice to see. The Biscoff cake was moist and had an intense cookie butter flavor. It was delicious but very sweet, I didn't even up finishing it. Death by chocolate cake was divine. Chocolatey, moist, just dense enough to satisfy two people with one slice. Not overly sweet! We did finish this one. The crème brûlée was perfect. No notes. They brûléed the sugar right after we ordered it which was a nice fresh touch. The custard was smooth, light, and perfectly sweet. If we're in the area again, we will definitely be returning. They also provided cute color changing spoons. Excellent experience!

Braums and their new Lemon Blueberry Cake ice cream has changed my life forever. 2020 has been…read morethe most brutal year... job loss, dog died, gf left me. After searching for happiness in every bar in America I stumbled into a Braums heart broken and lost. I didn't even have energy to read the menu I had to just point at the picture and say yes. I had no clue what I ordered as I paid the cashier. Once out the door I pressed my lips to the cone as I once did my gf that left. Instantly my heart began to beat again, a sparkle was in my eye, I wasn't sure what was happening so I went in for a second bite and it was happening. What was once missing in my life was restored from the taste of this magical ice cream and I knew this could only have been sent by god. After I finished my cone my confidence was at a all time high. I took the T-top off my 93 camaro, blasted some free bird, while cruising the strip. The women were just fighting for my attention. Thanks Braums. As brooks and Dunn once said. I'm a brand new man!

Originally from Oklahoma but now living in Cali when we come here this is our favorite spot. We can get a burger, fries, and shakes or ice cream for the whole family under 40 dollars. Food and shakes were yummy. Service is normally good at Braums but service was ok at this location but they need improvement. The vibe here was a little off as there are a lot of young girls here and they are sitting in the dinning booths just chilling and laughing loud and using profanity... (I would hate to be the big forehead girl that wears glasses they were talking about)... My thoughts were "are all of them on a break??" One talked about how she was written up because a guy hit her with something and she knocked his hat off and how he got on her nerves. The conversation that went on among the girls were just that loud. I think I would definitely think about the staffing and at this location in regard to professionalism. Braum's don't be so desperate that you just hire just anyone. Tons of flies at this location... being an Oklahoman this happens when the floors are not up kept and are possibly sticky in any restaurant. There was a girl sweeping the floors not good but she was appearing busy lol. I cant say that I would recommend this location this is possibly the worst one I have been to.

Patties are not perfectly round and that's what I love. That are thin and well done. I ordered a Single... Bacon, Cheese, Grilled Onions, pickles with Mustard. Was very good! Always love the very thin crisp fries. Hubby had the Party Melt and said was good also. They were giving ketchup packs that you tear open, which I hate! The manager just happened to walk by and noticed. He brought us the dipping packs to use that are great. So I have to mention how over the top nice the manager was. He took our order at the counter and took care of us to the end. I had to refrain from getting malt or ice cream before leaving! Usually if there is a line to order I would just forget it and leave. Unfortunately no one was in line at the time we finished, so It really hurt to walk out. Since Covid I have noticed clothes alittle...or alot tight so when you go stay strong! Lol I know they have great Malts and cool ice cream sundaes . When it gets hot outside, I will just have to splurge.

We came in here the other day and ate our food inside, and the customer service was exceptional. Not only did they take our order in a very friendly fashion, but they also came around to our table and asked if we needed anything a couple different times. What wonderful workers they have. Towards the end of our meal, a worker came around with samples of their new peppermint Oreo shake. I normally don't like peppermint, but I love that I got to taste one of their new items without having to buy it. I actually really enjoyed it. The inside was clean and the soda area was well kept. My meal for myself was about $10, which is not too bad considering the inflation now.
