Hi! I stopped into Braun's today because I kept driving by and seeing the $3.19 Hot Fudge Sundae advertised on their sign. I mean, how can you keep passing that up, right. It was my first time in a Braun's so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The reviews weren't great, but I thought how bad can ice cream be? On that, I'm happy to say, I was right. I got the hot fudge sundae with Rocky Road and a Cherry Pecan ice cream. As I thought, the ice cream was quite good! But that is where the good ended. The hot fudge was not exactly hot and it had no chocolate flavor at all. How disappointing! I came at 4:30 on a rainy day so it was not busy. The restaurant was dirty. Napkins and trash on the floor and dirty booths and tables. There is no excuse for that. Good ice cream, but maybe avoid the hot fudge and take it to your car? Jim read more

Raised in Oklahoma this place is a staple for ice cream. Black Forrest Sunday and the Banana Split are regulars on my spoons. The burgers are good, wife loves the big fries. This location just recently remodeled. Haven't been inside, the outside looks nice. Staff is overall decent. Only caveat is they like to hand to go ice cream in containers sometimes with sticky stuff on the outsides, and they don't automatically put them in bags. You order 4 to go sundaes they expect you to put those sticky containers on your nice clean leather seats. I always have to ask to have them put in bags. read more

After working a 10 hour shift I decided since it was my wife's birthday that I would swing by Braums and buy dinner. I waited about 15 minutes in line and finally reached the speaker where we order. I ordered 2 number 1 combos and was very eager to get the food and bring it home to celebrate with my wife. Once I got home with the order I opened up the burgers to pick out the onions and was shocked to find spoiled pieces of lettuce in both burgers. When I say spoiled I mean black slimy pieces of lettuce where almost half of each piece was spoiled. Who ever put the lettuce in the burgers could not have missed seeing them. Braums literaly puts about four tiny pieces of lettuce in the burgers and every piece was rotten. I called them upset and the Manager did say he would replace my meal at no cost yet i am still wondering how the person preparing the burgers missed seeing black lettuce in both burgers. read more

I understand, now, why drive through service is so slow; there is zero focus, effort, or urgency among the workers (if you can call them that) to serve the customer. After waiting several minutes while about 5 people aimlessly wondered about looking busy without a single acknowledgment of our presence there, a kid looked at my wife, sighed, and with frustration and annoyance said, "What do you want?" The breakfast was fair. Eggs are powdered I think, pretty tasteless the bacon was good though biscuit. Looked good but I didn't eat it, because of the gluten in it. Gravy was good too! I have no idea what they are smoking at this braum's, but this is the 2nd time I have gone to this particular braum's and they fucked my order up. The first time, I got two bags of burgers and my half looked as though they had chewed on them before hand; not to mention that they were burnt. This second time (3/13) I buy two bags of burgers; half with cheese (no pickles on the cheese ones), half without. I get home, they all had pickles and only one of the burgers had cheese. Worst customer service everrrr.... I ordered 4 ice creams and grabbed a bag of popcorn and the lady that helped us out was horrible. We always visit this location multiple times per visit to Cleburne. (Unfortunately, Braum's is not in San Antonio, so I have to get my Braum's fix while I can!!!) Every time we have visited this Braum's, they have been clean and courteous. The food is always fresh and wonderful. I have never been given cold or lukewarm fries here, so that's a huge bonus! If you're visiting for a meal, I highly recommend their hamburgers, as well as their chili. Yummy! They have pot roast in the menu, and it looks great, but I still have my tried it. If you're buying ice cream, I highly recommend you try every flavor possible. (Maybe not all in the same visit...) They also serve breakfast here. The biscuits and gravy are the best! This Braum's was absolutely gross. The dining room was a mess. The chairs were pulled out everywhere, food and napkins were spread along the floor.. Old ice cream was hardened on all of the glass lids for the ice cream. I have pictures of all it. We will not be back until something changes! read more

This location was clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter and I both ordered the chicken strip meal. The fries and chicken were barely warm and the gravy was lumpy and only half full. There were also no lids at the drink station. Now if they had been busy, I would have excused the no lid situation. But we were there around 4:30pm, there were only two tables occupied, and several employees were sitting in the back talking. This location is average at best. read more

Very disappointing i waited in drive-thru behind a car and they waited about 5 min to be greeted, i pull up was greeted in about 2 min, not bad, but ordered 4 double dipped Sundaes all the same, nothing else and 1st window paid moved to 2nd, and they asked me to pull up to end of bldg. Then i sat there wasting gas for about 10 min, as 2 other cars behind me pass me. This all took place at 10:20 to 10:43. A total of 23 min. OH MY! Went to Cleburne braum's for lunch today. As we stood there waiting 30 minutes in line (not a big rush of people) we saw SEVERAL people taking their burgers back because they were incorrect. One poor guy gave them 3 chances & still left without eating a bite. The manager & employees didn't seem to care that things were going wrong, they just stood around.
