If it was possible, I would give it more than 5 stars. Definitely my most favorite restaurant in Columbus. I love their falafel, the best I have ever eaten. Each type of vegetable they have is cooked well and is different from one another. If you are looking for a place to eat, JUST GO HERE. It is worth it. And I prefer the Bexley branch to the one downtown because finding parking here is super easy. read more

Holy wow. Um, where has this been all my life? I will be going here every time I'm in Columbus. I believe it's the same owners as Northstar Cafe and they do not disappoint. My wife ordered for me and I have no idea what it was other than amazing. read more

Wanted to try since it opened. No lamb on the menu, which was disappointing seeing as how this is supposed to be Mediterranean. A little expensive IMO. read more

Went in today for my second ever Brassica experience - first at the Bexley location. Arrived at 11:45am and line was very short. Staff was attentive, quick, and happy to explain ingredients! I ordered a brisket sandwich which had great flavor and was well temperatured. Brassica fries were well seasoned and warm. Patio area is beautiful as well. I will be back! read more

Really yummy. Fresh and made to order. We got a chicken sandwich with hummus and toppings and a brisket salad and fries. Fries were seasoned perfectly. I was nervous about the kids but we got a chicken sandwich with some special sauce, which the guy described as a tasty ranch. The kids ate it all. We got a mint lemonade that was amazing. Both my husband and I said it would make a great cocktail with some vodka. we wish we had a place like this by our home. read more

Consistently delicious and friendly staff!! Honestly one of my favorite places to eat, I take all my out of town guests here because everyone loves it! Don't sleep on the vegan cookies either!! read more

This restaurant offered the very best customer service I have ever experienced! But it didn't stop there; the cleanliness of the store was insane. I wish every restaurant was this clean and organized. Not a single bread crumb anywhere. Their prep station was so clean you could eat off of it! The food was fantastic and myself being middle eastern I must say that this restaurant made better food than any middle eastern owned and operated restaurant in Ohio! Their falafel was the best we've ever tasted!!! read more

I went to this location on March 13 for lunch. I like their food and I to the location on Lane almost every Saturday for lunch. Our food here was good but the music was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. It was like being in a night spot instead of a restaurant but the real issue was that it was 45 degrees outside with a pretty strong breeze and they had the doors and windows propped open. I understand that the workers get to work around the ovens where it's warmer but come on people. Even an ounce of wisdom would be nice. We had to eat with our coats on and go out to the care to warm up. read more

Brassica is a culinary adventure that I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone. This restaurant is spectacular and has been a huge part of my life ever since my wife Karen left me. Every individual topping in the bowls here could each be served as their own individual dishes, however brassica boldly goes where no other Mediterranean eatery dares to go. I could go on in length about each individual element of a brassica bowl. Perhaps one of my favorites is the house made pickles, which are so freshly pickled that they are still holding onto their former life as a cucumber. The pickle faces quite an identity crisis of sorts. His crisp crunch and cucumber aftertaste tells him he is a cucumber, but his delicate yet punchy vinaigrette tang tells him he is a pickle. However, in his confusion and mourning for his former life as a cucumber, the pickle seems not to care anymore. For the pickle knows he is art. This gives me strength. But these beautifully executed pickles are but a small fraction of flavors present in a bold mosaic of taste. Each bite provide you with a new combination of flavorful elements which render a novel sensory experience. I often sit alone by myself and take my time trying to process the complexity of each and every bite & my failed marriage. The crispness of the falafel complimented with the soft savory feta cheese is one of many epic combinations you can expect with any given bite. And I have not even mentioned the pita yet! These bad boys are home made. You can actually watch these artisan crafted pitas rising into existence in the brick oven. I typically get pita on the side scoop the contents of my bowl into it. I often think of the pita as the vessel for the flavors of the other ingredients, much like how marriage is supposed to be the vessel for happiness and fulfillment. But make no mistake, these pitas do still taste delicious on their own! Their oven-warmed fluffy texture will make any pita lover feel a joy reminiscent of a time where they could feel anything but numbness. Overall this is hands down one of the best restaurants in the area. The flavors are inexplicably complex and artsy enough to satisfy any foodie. The service is quick and fast; so it's great for families and single mothers who took custody of the kids. Overall I have nothing but positivity towards this establishment. It really keeps me going. read more

Great location on Main Street in Bexley. Fresh food. Love the fresh vegetables - a vegetarians dream as I sometimes have trouble finding something good to eat at many locations. The atmoshphere is laid back, contemporary. The restaurant is immaculate, and the food is delicious. Try the falafel! read more

Fantastic food! Sort of a "chipotle style" build your own bowl/sandwich experience but with quality ingredients like house made pita, hummus, and baba ganouj. Vegan and vegetarian options are available and you're not missing out on flavor because the FREAKING FALAFEL IS GREAT. Only downsides are that it's a little pricy for the amount of food you get. It's not unreasonable but if you've got a big appetite like me then this might not be the place to go to fill up. Also the bowls are a little unstable as they get very narrow towards the bottom so aggressive eaters beware. Loved the food and atmosphere though! read more

June 30th was my first time here and the manager was awesome! She explained the menu and how great the food was and she was on point. Service/ food was great and I will be back, soon, thank you read more

The food, staff and manager were all informative and helped us navigate the menu options! I cant wait to continue to visit and try various options. Our favorite restaurant in Columbus! We live about 15 minutes away from the Bexley location - both Short North & Upper Arlington locations are still closer to where we live, but we choose to come to Bexley every time. After visiting all three locations, there is no question the Bexley Brassica is the best. The service, the atmosphere, the food...all one step above! Tom (a partner at the company) is one of the most genuine, kind people we've met & his attitude is passed on to the other employees, making it an amazing experience all around. We can't say enough great things about the Bexley Brassica & ensure you this is the spot to go!! Don't forget to get the insanely delicious Brassica fries! read more

Great atmosphere, unique, fast casual Mediterranean and amazing addition to the community. Location is ideal for Capital University students and easy access for others from the giant eagle parking lot. Love the fact that add-ons don't cost additional money (ex: guacamole at chipotle, or sweet potatoes at Piada). read more

Definitely a five star restaurant. Friendly, clean, quick, affordable and delicious. What more can you ask for?

Brassica is one of my favorite places to eat in all of Columbus. It's a Mediterranean spin on the fast casual dining experience threally thrives on fresh and bright ingredients. You take your pick of either a sandwich made with freshly baked pita or a salad with a bed of rice lentils and greens. The Sandwich is great And I really like their Pita, But are usually find myself ordering the salad because it's a little bit easier to manage. My favorite protein is the chicken and then I load it up with the special sauce and literally every topping option they have (baba and hummus!!). The flavors blend really well together and the bowl is enough to feed me for two meals. Their fries are also dangerously addicting (get a side of sauce for dipping) and their drinks are on point. I see some people complain about the price, but to be honest for the amount and quality of the food that you get I think this is a good deal. If you've been to the short north location, this place is basically the exact same except for one major difference: there is a parking lot!! And if youve been to the short north at all in the past year, you know how important this is lol. read more

How is the food at Brassica? It's amazingly good. How is the experience at Brassica? It's satisfying, with a staff that attentively works to make you happy. How's the cost at Brassica? Although you hear some grumbling about the expense, it's hard to argue that you aren't getting what you pay for. For salads and sandwiches, there are mounds of quality ingredients at your disposal. If you are someone like me, who adds almost everything, you end up with a large quantity of high quality food. If you balk at spending this much for lunch, try coming for dinner some evening. With a reasonably-priced assortment of wine and beer and a pleasant internal and patio environment, it makes an excellent and affordable dinner choice. read more

We wanted to support a local business during the COVID-19 pandemic and opted to order out from Brassica on Lane Rd. in Columbus. After placing our order and picking it up, we discovered when we got home that they messed up our order and didn't give us all the food we had paid for. Not too big a deal. We called them and told them of the issue and they kindly offered to email us a promotion coupon for the total cost of the meal to make up for it after getting my information. Problem is, they never actually sent the email. Two strikes against Brassica. Food that we did receive was fine, but the service around this issue was really disappointing considering that we tried to patronize a local business. We'll take our money elsewhere next time. read more

Absolutely delicious meal at Brassica in Bexley- each bite seemed more delicious than the last! Had the salad version with falafel, and a bottle of wine for the table- perfect. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Excellent service, too- I will be back often! read more

I can't say enough about how consistently delicious the food is here. I can't recommend a particular meal because I always get a different combination of items and no matter what I select is always, always, always good. Everyone who works there is always very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you just want to sit back and slowly enjoy. Well done. read more

Love the combinations of salty, sour and sweet. You wouldn't think it works but it does! I have to eat there at least once a week !

The flavors and choices are incredible. The spicy carrots, marinated eggplant, and brisket were my favorite parts. Hummus was a little salty. The biggest downfall is the price. For 4 people it was $60... if price wasn't an issue, 5 stars. read more

This place is fantastic! The atmosphere is nice, the food is very flavorful and the staff is ridiculously kind! I mean wow, tremendous service! Their menu is a bit small, but everything we had tried was quite good. I eat a lot of Mediterranean, and Brassica quickly went right up near the top of my list! I highly recommend. read more

Ate here a week ago. Long line but fast moving. Food mediocre and expensive for what it was. Their Pita bread compared unfavorably with other restaurants in the area. Pleasant staff. The quality of the food for the price charged is the problem read more

This place is incredible! I have never had a meal with so much flavor and so healthy for you!!

I love this place. It's one of the few places I could eat every day. It never upsets my stomach and the flavors are so amazing I never get tired of it. My favorite option is a sandwich with hummus, lots of greens, cabbage, and cauliflower, with special sauce, and a side of fries. If I want something special, I will get myself a minty lemonade too. Can't wait until they open up their next location. Then I will really be in trouble. read more

Stopped for a quick dinner. Food tasted great, but it is a little expensive for what you get. Seating is sufficient but small stools are better suited for teens and young adults. Would prefer actual chairs. read more

This was an excellent choice for eating this type of food for the first time. Very flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend!

This food is really good. The beets, the carrots... the toppings are tasty which make for a wholesome dish. The sauces are delicious as well. I didn't care for the french fries, though. Too plain. I prefer skinny or steak fries and not the in between. That's just me, though. It's a bit pricey too. I think it was $12 for a bowl. read more

I love Brassica! Delicious and healthy. So many options, and 100% vegetarian friendly

Let me start by saying I like the food at Brassica. It's flavorful. At this newer location in Bexley, however, I had a frustrating experience. The cafeteria-style line works only if people are properly trained and can hear patrons. There was zero communication between the employees in the line. Also, the music was extremely loud. So we ended up saying the same thing over and over all the way down the line. This took forever, and there were countless flies flying around and landing on the food as the line moved very slowly. When I finally made it closer to the register, I asked for a glass of wine. (No one offered a beverage.) Seating was scant, so we were lucky to find a table. In stark contrast, I went to CoreLife Eatery at Olentangy the next day. They have the same type of ordering system, however, it worked perfectly. The employees knew their stuff, they wrote down the order, and I never had to repeat anything. If I return to Brassica, it won't be to this one. Train your people, people! read more
