The waiter forgot about us, then brought us our appetizer over fried croquettes of cheese and gray shrimp, but the worst was yet to come when we received our oven baked cod, which, although looked beautiful upon presentation, but was not cooked at all in the middle, so we had a big piece of raw fish that we had to leave, which was disgusting. When we let the waiter know he didn't even say sorry, nor did you bring over the head of the restaurant to offer us any apologies or compensation. Clearly this restaurant lacks in customer service and their chef doesn't know how to cook a piece of fish I highly recommend you do not eat at this restaurant as it's not worth the overpriced items they have on the menu.

You can either order using the app or order at the counter. We picked out our food snd drink on the app snd then paid at the counter. I had the Vol-aux-Vent and my wife had soup and bread. Mine was ok and the salad was very fresh. The fries tasted like frozen fries that were baked. My wife's soup had a chicken broth base with herbs and some green vegetables. It too was ok. We were not hungry when we finished lunch. Other restaurants were miles away, do we really didn't have a choice with this one.

The restaurant was rather fancy on the inside, but they didn't seem to care that we were dressed very casually. The crowd was decidedly elderly, something that even my septuagenarian stepfather commented on. Service was rather fast and friendly for Belgium, and prices were reasonable. Three main courses, a dessert, and three cappuccinos came out to less than 80 euros. The food was delicious. The lasagna was excellent. I had a vegetarian pasta dish (I forget the name of it, but it's kind of like a rolled up lasagna), and it was incredibly flavorful, probably the best choice of our group. We were all impressed by how flavorful they were able to make the eggplant taste. The portions were generous, and we had plenty of leftovers to take home. For dessert, their tiramisu and espresso drinks were great. I will absolutely be back if I'm in the area, and I'm even thinking about going out of my way for this place.
