They provide customized menus as a special touch. As there are three selections on four on the courses, the dishes do not appear to be as customized for those with dietary issues. I really liked the flavors of the Crostini, scrumptious! I had a bite of my wife's Pave and thought the texture and tastes superb! Preparing for the second and further courses was my a put off! We were asked to keep our utensils for the future courses! Nothing like dirty silverware sitting on the table dirtying up the area! The salmon was rare, which I particularly like but the crab was cold. My preference would have been warm war with a bit of the béarnaise on top. It was burnt and had no taste at all. An eight year old could have done better with a slice of Kraft. My Madeline dessert was four pieces of dry something, though the chocolate s'mores cake was significantly better.
