My friend got a shard of glass in his mouth. We noticed a chip in his glass. Dan said he'd talk to his boss and came back to say the shard matches the chip in the glass perfectly and apologized and said they'd comp part of the meal. 4. We never received a check but his manager brought me the device to swipe my card. I foolishly did without asking to see the bill. Got it texted to me when I noticed that nothing was comped AND we got charged for a pastry I didn't receive. 5. I went inside and asked for the pastry to go since we were charged for it. The manager tried to charge me for it a SECOND time. 6. My friend pointed out that nothing was comped and that isn't what they agreed to. They apologized and said they'd comp the whole meal. 7. The WHOLE charge hit my credit card today. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company but I would definitely not return.
