I love coming to this unique place. There is a butcher in the front and an awesome kitchen in the back. Once you're done choosing your cut of meat, they take you to the back, and you choose how you want your meat cooked You choose your sides and see the chef and staff go at it cooking all your food right in front of you. Delicious!!! Your whole meal is prepared right across from you. Everything is so fresh and delicious. All side dishes are made to be shared. We always get the Watermelon salad, is so refreshing and yummy. But all the side dishes we have ever ordered are made well. The meat is so delicious, fresh, and tender made to your liking. The bartender, Gael, is an expert and takes pride in his beautiful creations. All the drinks he mixes are always better than the last. Service here is premium. read more

We come here often when in Cabo. It is fabulous. The steaks are picked at the butcher shop in the front, cut and trimmed to size and in the back room is a wonderful place to eat with top notch drinks. It's a great place for steaks, lamb and pork we've tried. The sides are also delicious. read more

While you can't tell from walking up, this upscale butcher shop has the most unique steak restaurant experience on the area. You order you meat at the butcher counter and the walk through the meat freezer to stone and wood modern dinning room with an extensive bar and very pleasant wait staff. Wow!!! Thought we would give this place a try. What an amazing experience!!! The food was excellent. My favorite (besides the steak) was the "pasta of the day". The service was outstanding. I will be going again next week when our friends meet us here. The experience: walk in and pick the kind of steak you want and let them know how thick you want it. Then you let them know how you want it cooked. Next you go through through the freezer door to the restaurant. So much fun!!! read more

A new gem in Los Cabos! My friend told me about this little butcher shop that she went to and bought Wagyu beef from that was to die for!! So I had to find it! Now, I wasn't at the time planning to buy any wagyu but I did try several of their house made sausages. OMG!! Run don't walk to try them. Delicious! We tried their spicy Italian, two different chorizos, and their veal with herbs. All are super flavorful and we grilled them up for Super Bowl Sunday.
