I had a family reunion with most everyone traveling here from the West Coast. We try to do this every two years, picking a different area of the United States to meet. We went to Brantview Maple Farm and then to the Flight 93 Memorial. You can easily do both in one day, as they are only 10 miles apart.
We absolutely LOVED going to the Maple Camp!!! It was fascinating, fun, and the kids are already talking about using this experience for a school project. Amazing story about generations of hard working folks! Do yourself a favor and visit this Maple Farm. We saw pure maple sugar being made, and had the opportunity to buy some at the end of the tour. I have been using the maple sugar in my coffee and it's delicious! I will NEVER give my kids anything but pure maple syrup again - no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup, and I have the added benefit of knowing that it comes from a family-owned local maple tree farm. We had an amazing time!
Thank you Brant family, for a wonderful vacation day that my family will be raving about for years to come!!! read more
