Owner Marc and his crew installed pavers along my asphalt driveway over 3 years ago. This required cutting a straight edge on both sides of my drive so the pavers would fit up against the asphalt. Barely 9 months after this installation was done, the edges of the driveway started to crumble and collapse. After MY research, I discovered that Marc and his crew did not prepare the base underneath the pavers and the edge of the asphalt correctly. Since his contract specified that this was covered in his warranty, I called Marc and asked him to come over and look at my driveway. He said he would come by but never did - I then saw him at a local restaurant later so he agreed to come right over to look at the driveway. Marc promised that he would repair my driveway and agreed that his crew did not prepare the base correctly. He then detailed how he would repair this and said it would look great when he was finished. Since then, he has failed to show up - I have called numerous times and got excuses from him and his office person about the weather and a family member dying, etc. I even called the following spring and my calls were never returned. MARC LIED TO ME AND FAILED TO HONOR HIS WARRANTY AS STATED IN OUR CONTRACT! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Marc never responded to me.
