Saw the Garth Tribute show tonight in Branson. I can't believe I'd never heard about it before. The music was mostly Garth but also some Charlie Daniels and , of course, Trisha Yearwood. Without out a doubt one of the best shows I have seen. The musicians were excellent, and the voice of Rich Watson and his wife Anna Maria were astounding. The place was rocking! They will guilt you, hold your tickets hostage, and insult you to your face if you do not want to listen to their sales pitches. Very unethical company. They charge very high taxes and fees and do not provide itemized receipts. One of our two shows we booked with them was cancelled 1.5 hours before show start time. They refunded ticket price, but not the taxes and fees associated with it. Their taxes and fees ended up being 55% of ticket cost. The customer service was very rude to deal with. When picking up tickets you are also highly pressured to attend timeshare and vacation package seminars which in themselves are also very aggressive and pressuring trying to get you to purchase their products. read more

Yes, we got our tickets for the price listed on their site...after a crazy hunt to find their office on the opposite end of Branson from our hotel...after having to show up an hour early to satisfy the 'pre-show' pick-up which they didn't tell us about...after listening to a very nice, but not appreciated sales pitch which boiled down to a time-share shpeel. First we used this site for our trip in April/May they talked us into doing what I call a timeshare presentation in which we were not interested in at all, and tried to tell them that. They said there would be no high pressure sales tactics, would only take 2 hours and offered us a 7 day vacation. Well the sales tactics were high pressured and it was definitely more than two hours and when we tried to use the vacation they offered of course they couldn't accommodate our vacation time. EVEN AFTER ALL THAT I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and used their site again to book tickets for our upcoming vacation. I didn't think anything about it until I was charged over $25 more for out tickets, I tried calling to find out why at first they said it was taxes and processing fees but that was already included , then they changed it to a credit card fee. I was never charged this before on my last trip but now supposedly I am. OF COURSE they're sticking to this story. I was extremely upset that I actually paid my hard-earned money for the Trolley Tours "comedy" gig. (Review is posted.) The Trolley place was ready to give me a refund, but because I ordered through bransonshows.com, they would have to issue the refund. Apparently, cancelations are doable, but because it happened after the fact, they won't refund my money. They did apologize. Also, when we picked up the tickets, it was terribly difficult to find the place. After waiting in line 5-10 minutes, we get called over. They lady greets us, my adult son and I, and asks where the hubby is. We'll, he's dead, thanks for asking. We went to bransonshows.com and actually booked tickets for a show in Branson, and they charged our credit card and then we called them for a question and they told us " There's a problem with your reservation ..." they actually don't have tickets for us. I have never heard of a company actually charging your card without verifying that there are tickets/seats available. This was very disheartening. I would never again go through Bransonshows.com because they use a third-party and they are a third-party to the venue, and they do not do things properly. Got a $ 250.00 gift certificate. Applied it to a Dolly Parton Show for 5 people. Received a confirmation. Cant get the prices they quoted and confirmed. Credit Card has been charged for 5 people less the gift certificate. Really upset after a 1/2 phone call to correct the problem. Differences of 79.33 per person OR 91.70 per person. This company is out to scam customers out of money. I booked some reservations through them for a hotel and some shows. A week before I was supposed to travel I lost my employment. So I kindly wrote them and explained my situation and asked for a refund. They told me they were going to charge a 35% cancellation fee, nowhere on there website does it tell you about cancellation fees if you needed to. So after 6 days I still haven't received my refund and they keep telling me they processed the refund and it's my bank's fault why I haven't gotten it. They charge fees for tickets which makes the price much higher than you would pay at the theaters. When you pick up your tickets they try to put you on a tour. We found a place called Branson Ticket Store at https://bookbransontickets.com . They don't do timeshares and they have some good deals on tickets. They pay for the ad at the top of google search. Mis-leading /scam website. No USA customer service. You have to drive to their location in Branson to pick up vouchers to take the the venue. This is not helpful nor convenient, and requires the customers time and extra money to do so. Tickets are overpriced. Refund policy is 65% if they refund to your card. Otherwise, you get a voucher to use with them in the future. It is much easier, and less expensive - to call the venue directly for tickets. Avoid BransonShows.com / VacationsMadeEasy.com at all costs! They are nothing short of illegitimate scammers out to make a buck if you click the wrong link. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. On 5/28/25 I ordered tickets for a Branson show from the Branson Travel office and received an order confirmation on that date. When checking my credit card statement found a charge from Branson Shows on the same date. I requested a copy of the invoice as I had not ordered from them although I had been on their website to check date availability. The cost from Branson Travel Office was 146.22 and from Branson shows 244.34, a 98.12 difference. The day after the purchase I had received a survey from Sitejabber asking if I had received my booking confirmation from Branson Shows, but did not name the show or amount. Not realizing the two businesses were not the same I replied that I had. The actual confirmation from Branson Shows was not sent until June 11. When I attempted to cancel the Branson Shows order I learned that I could either get a 100% credit to their company (not in this lifetime) or a 65% refund on my credit card so I ended up paying 85.51 for a lot of aggravation. read more

We had tickets to a noon Branson Belle show. There was an announcement made that the boat would stay docked because of high winds. The Branson Belle made a note on our refund that we could get a full refund for our 2 tickets purchase. However when we called to get the refunds, we were told that they would only refund us 90% of our tickets. We will NEVER purchase tickets through this company EVER AGAIN. It's a RIP! Absolutely not! Do not use this service. Go straight through box office for the show or attraction you are wanting to go to. We attempted to buy tickets to see SIX around 10 the night before the show and got a notification that the card was entered incorrectly and that we needed to contact them directly. Nothing was entered incorrectly, we figured it was a system issue. Instead of contacting them, since we weren't charged we went through the SIX box office website because we wanted to make sure we got tickets. We were able to purchase tickets and actually chose where we sat, which Bransonshows didn't have the option for, and it was $20 cheaper! We got a notification the day of the show (the next morning) saying that the payment went through for BransonShows and we have a charge on our account now without changing anything. Well we have already purchased through the box office website so we called customer service and the first person we talked to said they cannot cancel day of reservations. We asked to talk to a supervisor and she (Ashley) told us that she could do a 65% refund or a full refund on a gift certificate. We obviously don't want to book through them again so we told her this was their system's issue with the card, not ours and asked to speak to someone above her. Then she proceeds to tell us that she can give us a 90% refund at this point. So BransonShows.com feels it is right to negotiate with our hard earned money. Wish I had done a little checking before ordering tickets from Branson Shows. It sounded like official site so I ordered. Failed to notice that there are many, many sites that also sell tickets until I encountered problems. After ordered tickets for 2 shows, realized that: 1) we did not receive the tickets or even vouchers but rather directions to PICK UP vouchers 2) we did not receive a receipt for what our credit card was charged. It took 3 phone calls (speaking with women who were very difficult to understand) 'til finally got the credit card charges BUT were not broken down as to price, tax, fees, etc. It did include a note that a 3.3816% fee was charged for paying with a credit card--nowhere was that ever mentioned! We paid almost double the average price on 1 of the shows--found this out too late when i checked prices on some of the other sales sites. Arrived in Branson & went to their office to pick up "vouchers" that we thought would get us into our shows. Staff did start their sales pitch for what we assumed was for time shares. We refused; got our vouchers & left. Upon reading our vouchers, they were NOT for entrance to the shows! We had to take them to a site at the concert complex & pick up TICKETS. Finally got tickets. Asked the lady there why there was such a run-around to get tickets. She replied "because you bought them from a 3rd party ticket seller." Advised that, in the future, order from the venue itself! I purchased tickets from them on my phone, not realizing what they were. Got tickets for the Shanghai Chinese Acrobats because of the pictures and our experience with the show in the past. The theater was dingy and the show was beyond terrible. We had to leave right after intermission because the theater was getting too hot for us to stay. We contacted Branson Shows for a refund because of misrepresentation but they refused. I also wrote a review of the show on Branson Shows website but it keeps getting deleted.....interesting..... I bought tickets for show same day. It was very inconvenient to discover I had to pick up tickets in person. I called to see if there were any other options to obtain tickets and told no. After I obtained the tickets by going in person and repeatedly saying "please just give me my tickets" when they tried to scam me into a time share presentation I received a text. The text stated that since I had picked up my tickets they were providing a digital version of my tickets in case I lose the hard copy. Worst company to boom threw ever. Had a ton of issues at the hotel. Not clean stuff broken. Told us there was nothing that could be done. After arriving we found out that we paid over 200.00 more than what we would have just booking said room and buying the tickets and the place. People don't waste your money call the hotel directly. I made a trip special to Branson to pick up the tickets ahead of time. The man I spoke to said I needed just the paper voucher to get into the park. WRONG. we were denied entrance to the park. I went online looking for tickets for my wife and me for the Branson Belle riverboat show and clicked on the first website that came up which was Branson Shows - sounded innocent and had a number of other shows listed. I purchased the tickets and expected to get tickets sent to my phone for scanning at entry or to my email for printing. I was surprised to find out I had to go their location on the strip to pick up the tickets. The agent gave me a hard time that my wife was not with me because "they like to know who is going on the boat" - REALLY! He then started his sales pitch on other shows and Wyndam Timeshare and Hotel travel packages. He got angry when I said I wasn't interested. Later, after booking, I found the actual website for the tour, and the time I had booked wasn't listed, no such time, on that day, the price of the tickets on the actual website were much cheaper. I called back to cancel my reservation, and was told that I could be given "vouchers" for the amount to go to other places, or I could be refunded 65% of the amount back to my card. Anyway, he told me I had to have the other people in my car come in and sign for their tickets. I said I did not have to do that at the other ticket centers. I was getting suspicious at this point. He said it was their procedure. It was supposedly his second week & he was doing what he was told. I told him I was NOT going to make my 89 year old mother in law come in and sign for her ticket. He said I needed to have the others come in and sign. At this point I was raising my voice and getting attention of the "manager". I had already paid $ for these tickets online and was not about to make my mother-in-law, husband, and friends climb out of the van and come in to sign anything! The manager "signed off" on it and the agent Askia said if I wanted to see any other shows he could get them for free. It was clearly linked to a timeshare presentation. That didn't surprise me - because they all are linked to timeshare presentations - but this was the scuzziest way to handle things. I told him I would never use or suggest that company again.
