I've lived in the area for over 30 years and just finally noticed it about a year ago. It is run by a nice mom and pop duo. Mom takes measurements and pop does alterations in the back. I brought a suit in to have brought in (ha ha ha...). $38 seemed pretty reasonable to me! They were able to turn it around in about a week. They are only open 3 days a week. They are surprisingly busy given how small their operation is. With that said I will be back for all my tailoring needs in the future.

Vicky did a great job - you could not tell that any of the items had been altered. I will definitely use her for my future tailoring needs. The only problem that I had was when I went to pick up the items Vicky was not in and the other person working had a difficult time finding all of the items I had dropped off. They need to work on their organization to ensure customers get all of their items back. Olga did such a fantastic job altering my wedding dress! I bought my Pronovias dress 2 sizes larger…read morethan me, and Olga took the time to alter it to perfection for me. She had to modify the delicate lace in the back to match my sizing, modify the train, and hem it. I could not have been happier with the final product, and it made me comfortable on my big day. I also live in NYC, but the wedding was in Delaware, so Olga was attentive to making time in her schedule to accommodate when I was in Delaware for fittings and such. Not to mention it was a pleasure spending time with her! I highly recommend going to Olga for your wedding dress and other alterations.
