None of these junk yards really know if the transmissions they are selling you are good or bad because half the cars they pull them out of are destroyed. The only thing you can hope for is that the yard stands behind there transmissions and replaces them if there is a problem. Fenix will do everything in their power to put you through the ringer sending videos, pictures, codes, fluid samples, invoices, etc... This is all fine but when you send them everything they need they take a full week to get you an answer and half the time the answer is "We need more videos". Then if the warranty is not approved they do t let you know. They just don't call you back. I have read other reviews and this seems like common practice with them

For tires, different brands, mileage, and pricing with available rebate offers were listed out so that I could choose what would fit my needs and budget. For breaks, I was unsure if I needed both front and rear and requested pricing for both. They were able to check and let me know I still was okay on the one but replaced the other. --I feel like any other shop would've just told me I needed both even if I didn't. At 1:00 I decided to get a ride down there to find out that it wasn't touched yet so much for making a appointment. Lost a half days pay so I wasn't happy with the service. Good luck dealing with these guys. You can make your own decision is you want to deal with them. There are a lot of other places that need the work and to support. Guess they don't care.
