He threw his instrument down and said "I'm done". Dr. Pratt acted like a petulant child. His immaturity astounded me. He does not listen to his patients. He does not care to explain anything. I would seriously consider another dentist. If you were at all thinking of Dr. Pratt. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and have never seen that kind of treatment of a doctor to a patient. I don't think I've ever seen that childlike anger from a Healthcare provider.

When I wrote to him on his website, his office gave me an 8::00 AM special appointment on Monday morning to fix my tooth. By the way, he came to office with his assistant just to work on my tooth and apparently another patient who had some issue too. That is to me, compassion. We also like their higenists at his practice. He is honest and reasonable in his charges.
