We realized we hadn't received a statement for months. They told us they needed to look at our account. Why??? The office submits claims to our insurance, the insurance states what we're obligated to pay and we submit payment. When we finally received an actual statement it was so convoluted and some figures didn't match what was submitted to insurance or what they paid and what we were obligated to pay. Beware of the incompetence in this office. We have left the practice. We can't keep correcting their errors and deal with such lack of basic knowledge for billing patients

I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Patel and his assistant Tiffany. They both did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable and reassured. The extraction went smoothly -- I didn't feel a thing. A week later, I went back for fillings with Dr. Whitney, who went above and beyond to make everything look flawless. Needless to say, I've been to the dentist three times in three weeks and already have a treatment plan to go back again -- and I'm actually excited about it! I can't wait to wear a confident smile again. Not to mention, the office is so inviting. Everyone is smiling, kind, and welcoming. Best Dentist Ever --…read more I called on a Sunday because of the amount of pain I was experiencing and I knew I needed to see a dentist asap! Little did I know the actual doctor himself would answer the phone and happily schedule me an appointment for a few hours later, Sunday evening! Eric & his wife Lindsay and seriously the best there is. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to when I got there and the care exceeded my expectations! Turns out I needed a root canal and then a crown. The entire process was seemless. And the end results are beautiful. I signed up for their dental program which was a no brained and got a ton of discounts off of my services. I will go back shortly to receive my 1 of 2 cleanings that are covered in their program. Dr.Eric is super gentle (I've had a life-long fear of dentists) and patient, and he was willing to spend as much time as it took to go over my treatment plan with me. I have be a patient for 42 years with this…read morepractice and it has gone downhill since Dr Spellman left, the hygienists don't show up or make you feel rushed when they see you, the office team that handles check-ins and appointments aren't courteous at all. I still commute two hours to visit them for Dr Marcantonis and they didn't tell me that my appointment was at risk of being cancelled so i drove 2 hours this morning and arrived about to pull into their office and they called to say they couldn't get me a hygienist. When i mentioned i don't feel like a valued patient or that they valued my time and i would be leaving the practice the woman on the phone didn't care and i mentioned that is what she needs to mention to dr Marcantonis.

I can't comment on the dentist (Dr. Voss) because he never examined me…read more My problem was with the hygienist who refused to believe that she could not fit adult sized appliances into my very small jaw, ignored my requests to rinse out my mouth during what can only be described as jamming probes into my gums to assess for gum disease. After asking her to stop and get the actual dentist, he came in and whisked me out the door with a referral to a specialist. Well, I've started treatment with the specialist and it turns out that their readings, while not good, were not nearly as bad as what this hygienist indicated. And yeah, my mouth hurt after her "examination" for maybe 3-4 days. After a deep cleaning at the specialist office, I was sore for maybe 2 days maximum. Dr. Voss did not charge me for the visit, only the xrays she (finally) got with some panoramic type imaging system.
