Secondly, they embrace kindness and want to include your child in their care, so they give them paperwork to fill out. This is such a key component to having children be responsible for their health and I was happy to see it. Dr. Kiefer is a professional and more, she wants the best for the patient and while orthodontics is pricey, she never pushed us to dive right in. As we have multiple children, they were seen and both given different plans. It's nice to feel that comfort in an orthodontist as I've experienced some that are in it for the money and not the treatment. She spoke to us in a manner we understood and adjusted her verbiage for my child. Her staff is outstanding and patient oriented, which is great, considering the lack of customer service these days. Her office is convenient, clean and once again geared to her clientele (mostly kids). There are crafts, Ipads, word searches, a coffee bar for parents and a kid bar with milk and water available. I really can't say enough about the office and staff, a true gem to find.
