They were done in about 10 minutes and charged us $100 without looking at our coupon for 50% off. When we showed them the coupon they said it was too late to use the coupon because they couldn't reverse the transaction. They used the absolute fanciest oil for the car claiming that it was the only oil they could use. They put in a new filter without checking with us. They didn't give us any choices or show us any options. They were glib and you could tell they wanted you to leave quickly. Don't go here--they have the strangest customer service and we got ripped off.
