This lady is purely in it for the money. Sad but explains why her office is in a strip mall and she has to co-rent space with another physician. Glad I could help pay her staff since she clearly cannot. You know what they call the person who finished last in med school? Doctor who works in a strip mall between a Chinese Restaurant and a Hungry Howard. I regret the referral and will ensure that group will no longer refer to her.

I had a very frustrating experience with the USF Hearing Clinic and want to share it so others know…read morewhat to expect. Before my appointment, I asked twice--once by phone and again in person--whether the clinic had verified my insurance and what my total cost would be. Both times I was told that they had run my insurance and that my responsibility would only be my $40 specialist copay. After the appointment, I learned that the clinic billed my insurance using diagnostic audiology procedure codes instead of an office-visit code. This created a much higher bill and an unexpected balance of $56.73 that was never disclosed to me beforehand. I only found out after receiving my Explanation of Benefits. Trying to resolve the issue made things worse. My emails went unanswered, I was not given accurate billing contact information, and when the clinic finally called me, the staff member became argumentative, talked over me, and blamed my insurance company instead of addressing the discrepancy. It was unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Patients deserve accurate cost information, transparent billing, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic did not reflect those standards. I recommend getting all cost information in writing and being very cautious before scheduling here.

She is caring, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I've worn my cochlear implant for five years, and she's the first audiologist who has taken the initiative to do testing I've never experienced before. She thinks outside the box to find solutions tailored to my specific needs, and for the first time, I actually look forward to my appointments. In the past, I dreaded going because I always left feeling disappointed, but now I leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. She is a rare find in the medical field, and I am so grateful for her dedication and expertise.

Everything was made right, and we will continue to return to Incare, as they have proven that they do care to make things right Thr Doctor also took time to speak with us while we were there. Thank you again. Do yourself a huge favor and find another primary care doctor. This place is absolutely terrible. Needed a few simple tests done for my daughter and some paperwork signed. After the tests were complete, they wanted an additional $50 to sign the paperwork. This was after multiple appointments had to be made due to their incompetence and inability to run the tests properly, resulting in having to take time out of my day to return (multiple times) so they could get it done correctly. Then, after all that, and the tests are finally completed, they wanted $50 to sign the paperwork confirming the results of the tests (which was supposed to be part of the follow up). And now as I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the office, I can either speak to their AI "representative" (that cannot help me) or get forwarded to a mailbox that is full and get hung up on. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend. Incompetent and dishonest.

Extremely disappointed with the bedside manner at Florida Eye Specialists & Cataract Institute…read more There is absolutely no reason a patient should be met with eye rolling, attitude, and an overall dismissive demeanor when they are simply trying to ask questions or understand their care. Medical appointments can already be stressful enough without being made to feel like you're an inconvenience for being there. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be the bare minimum, especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The way patients are treated matters just as much as the medical care they receive, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

I went to Dr. Knezevich to see if maybe it would make sense to get an MRI to get a closer look. After chatting with him and going over some of my symptoms, he seemed to be pretty confident that I had a soft tissue problem, and not something skeletal, but just for peace of mind, he had some X-Rays done. As he suspected, all of my bones were in-tact as they should be, so he perscribed me with 8 sessions of Physical Therapy. He mentioned that he was not directly affiliated with Select Physical Therapy, but they did happen to share an office, and if it was convenient for me to visit him, that it might make sense for me to try Select PT. I obliged and scheduled out my first appointment for the next day. After several visits to Select PT, they have definitely improved my issues and really helped me out! More details on that will definitely be in my review of Select PT, but Dr. Knezevich referred me there, and I'm very thankful for that!
