The reason I give two stars is because their salespeople at the booths (the ones where they approach you while you're walking and try to sell you things) were rude to me. One kept shouting at me to get my attention, and when I finally nodded my head no he said "wow, so nice" in a sarcastic tone. I don't have to buy something from your booth if I don't want to! It doesn't have a great selection of stores compared to international plaza or west shore mall. They do not have H&M or Zara, the two stores I shop at most, so that makes it a bit useless for me. Also, I went here a few months ago looking for an interview suit, and they didn't have an Ann Taylor. I eventually went to Macy's and found what I was looking for, but I was surprised they didn't have an Ann Taylor or anything of the like. Between the lack of stores I want and the rude workers, I won't come back, unless I really don't want to drive into Tampa maybe. Although international plaza is much further from me (usually an hour drive) it is a much nicer mall with more stores and restaurants, and the salespeople at the booths don't bother you. read more

It's near my temporary housing while staying in Florida so I've been here quite a bit. Yesterday ess crazy busy because of the holiday season. The one thing I hate about this mall is leaving...the traffic is always crazy trying to leave. The design was not set up good for the flow of traffic, so expect to wait while trying to exit. Because of this reason I normally only come on weekdays. I've been to several of the restaurants here, like have several chains such as cheesecake factory, red robin, Bahama Breeze, California pizza kitchen. They have an awesome carousel in the mall and the kids love it. read more

Love love love this mall. It's huge! Has a variety of great stores. Cheesecake factory and Bahama breeze attached to it, and plenty of parking. Just beware on Sunday the mall gates inside the stores do truly shut at 6pm, even if the store closes at 7pm. The mall cop by the Macys side today needs an attitude adjustment. Questioned us more than a couple of times where we parked and suggested us to take an outdoor route when clearly we knew where we needed to go. Spoke in a demeaning tone. read more

Its an okay mall, kind of a confusing design and not the most efficient to find the stores you are looking for. Traffic in this area is often horrible as there is only one main road through here right at a major highway intersection. (local hint - there is a back way out of the mall). On the positive side, they have an Apple store which is a huge plus for Apple users in the immediate area. They also have a Cheesecake factory and other nice restaurants to draw you in. Overall its fairly good, but not my favorite for the reasons I mentioned. read more

I love this mall. It has a little bit of everything that I need. I love that there is an Oakley store, because it is crack to me. The food court has the best selection of food that a food court can offer. You have the all popular Chick Fil A, Chiptole, Five Guys, Chinese, Japanese, Sushi, and more. They also offer good sit down restaurants like Red Robin, Cheese Cake Factory, Bahama Breeze, Grill Smith, and CPK. They have all your normal shops plus a tattoo parlor, sports store, apple store, craft beer bar, and more!!! The mall is normally clean and well looked after. The traffic is horrible at times which makes it a nightmare to go to. But on a normal day it is not bad. The complimentary valet makes these hot Florida summers bare able to go outside. read more

Brandon Mall is in the perfect location and easy to get in an out of unless their is traffic. With that being said the traffic alone can keep you waiting upward of an hour during prime time and holidays to get around or out of the mall. As for the mall itself it is "revitalizing" itself. It has opened a few newer stores and restaurants that are helping to keep the mall updated. They have a decent size Macys, Dillard's, Sears and JcPenny. I personally love Macys and this one is a little lacking. There are a ton of stores and some really nice restaurants at the mall as well! read more

Decent mall needs to update their Maps also needs slightly better wifi, full of pokestops and magikarp, psyduck, and slowpoke. Occasionally tentacool, tentacruel, gyarados, and dratini. Caught and saw only one dragonair. Bring fully charged battery packs outlets are few and far between and sometimes aren't working. read more

I have lived in Brandon for most of my life and it's amazing for me to see what this mall has become. It was 1993 when this mall first opened and it is no where near how it first was. First off, this mall has pretty much everything you need. From Apple to The Gap, it's basically perfect. (except for an Old Nay. Seriously Brandon, when are you going to get one?) That being said, traffic is ALWAYS a nightmare. Anytime my mother wanted to go there I would moan. I hate it. Also, it's pretty hard to navigate which stores are where. There are alot of places to eat though, so if you are looking for variety, this mall has it. The traffic and parking situations are really what bring it down for me. I'm not a fan of fighting tons of crowds to spend my money. read more

Westfield Brandon is one of my favorite malls, especially since the quality of retail has changed so much. They've done an excellent job with bringing in new and craveable restaurants,stores and events to make the shopping center more inviting and enjoyable to individuals and families. If you've ever been in Brandon, you know that the flow of traffic here is non-stop in the city and in the mall. Parking is difficult to find and traffic waits for no one. I must say that staff here do an excellent job with keeping the grounds and interior areas remarkably clean. If there is a spill, I notice that they immediately address it without hesitation. The inside if full of retail vibrancy with little to no store closing down. This is well noted as so many chains are no longer available as storefronts and have opted to go completely online. Some of my favorite stores here include: Earthbound, Papaya, Express, New York and Co, ALDO, T-mobile, Windsor, Victorias Secret, LUSH, Apple and Books a Million. The effortless convenience of finding all my favorites in one large building is immensely comforting and makes my shopping visits a breeze. read more

I've read many reviews for this mall, and many are written along these lines: good stores, good restaurants, but taking *stars* off because it's too crowded (or not enough parking). I guess if the mall sucked folks would give a couple stars for the great parking situation and then take stars away for the lack of good stores/restaurants? Malls are crowded. Good malls are even more crowded. Dead malls are dead for a reason. This mall has Panera, Cheesecake Factory, and 2 Starbucks! The Lucky store just left, but they still have lots of great stores (Aldo, Dick's, Sephora). Aside from the occasional gang member with pants down to knees sighting this mall is fine for me. read more

Pretty much the best mall ever for a mother with little ones. Super nice nursing room with toys to keep the other kids busy, tvs, couches, etc. the play area is also very cool! Great stores and great restaurants! read more

Nice mall but the parking lot hasn't been updated since it was build in the 1990's and you need to plan about a half hour to get in and park and an hour to leave the parking lot once you are finished. When you call security they say it is not their concern and they have no control over their lot and will make no attempt to direct traffic. This has been a consistent experience over the last 3 visits. I can drive to International Plaza and back in the same time it takes to park here and it's a much nicer mall. I thought the traffic experience was unique the first two times but it seems to be the norm. read more

I love this mall.. its always clean, it's nice! It has a lot of stores that I like.. The food court is really good, plus it has really nice restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory.. The outside of it has a bar, a Japanesse Steakhouse, pizza place and Mexican food.. There's an Apple store there, two starbucks, it even has a vintage carousel it is beautiful.. I was there 12/18/18 at 11:15 am DO NOT waste your time or money on this Mr & Mrs Claus and the so called "photographers" that can't adjust the white balance or exposure! They don't even know what white balance is! My photos were white washed! They didn't even try to get her to look at the camera or at Santa. Santa didn't either! Worst Santa experience ever! It's was just click, click, click. It's not because they were busy! 3 people were in line! 1 family ahead of me & one behind me. Since when does Mrs Claus, have a long blonde pony tail? I guess they were desperate for a Mrs Claus? The worst part of it all, I drove an HOUR to do this! With a 2 year old! I booked an appt online and prepaid for my package. Great mall to do some shopping (or just browsing). It's really family friendly and there are lots of events for kids and families usually. Plenty of restaurants in the food court and some smaller carts around the way. The only downside is the traffic can get a little congested and parking can be a hassle during peak times and holidays, but other then that, this mall is great! read more

The mall is so nice. I love how there's a two story carousel right in the middle. The food court has a good variety of food and it's not too big to where looking for a seat could raise your blood pressure. I especially love the Family Lounge where I can change my daughter's diaper rather than having to change her in a crowded ladies restroom. read more

Typical mall with a good variety of stores: Apple Store, The Loft, American Eagle, A'GACI, Charlotte Russe, Express, Victoria's Secret, Aerie, Cotton On, Aldo, Claire's, Kay's, Michael Kors, etc. I was surprised at how many stores still existed and seemed to be thriving, stores that typically faded away or just don't survive in other major malls/cities. For example, multiple candy stores, a toy store, The Disney Store, specialty anime/gamer memorabilia stores, Things Remembered, a carousel. There was even a store solely dedicated to cheap women's shapers. Not big on high end retailers but didn't have an excessive amount of cheapy stores. Side note: for last-minute costume or dress-up events, it's good to know they have one of those semi-cheap asian stores that sells glitzy costume jewelry, hats, and other accessories. I say last-minute because they're cheapy and overpriced but there's a great selection if you just can't find anything to go with your special outfit and don't want to spend too much. We loved the food court due to the cleanliness, selection, and updated seating. It had our favorite, Sarku Japan, in addition to Haagan Daas, Chick-fil-A, and Chipotle. There was a Dragon's Breath kiosk that seemed interesting, some kind of treat that makes you able to breathe out white vapor. Loved that they had 2 Auntie Anne's and Starbucks (great customer service at both). Outdoor food/beverage options were more upscale, including The Cheesecake Factory, Red Robin, The Brass Tap, and Panera. Came in on a Monday afternoon in July. It wasn't too crowded and wasn't dead. Did see a lot of employees on their cell phones and was kind of annoyed that no one at the Apple Store greeted us. The 2 employees at the front were engulfed in their personal conversation and the 3rd closest to the door was busy by himself with the Apple watches. I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. Overall, nice mall to casually shop at. Easy open-lot parking and clean with lots of stores. I like that it's near a Ross and Target if I need to do more shopping. However, I was disappointed by the store variety as they seriously lacked young, working professional stores such as Ann Taylor, H&M, and Zara. I've been to this mall twice and each shopping experience has been rather pleasant. There's are tons of stores in this mall, so don't confuse it with one of those old school shopping malls that only have like 10 stores. I love that it's pretty easy to navigate and is located near several restaurants. The parking is pretty vast so no worries there. You'll find that there are several of the more affordable stores in this mall (namely for women) and a variety of cheap shoe stores with fairly cute options if you're "ballin on a budget". I do not like mall crawling so to me a mall is a mall is a mall! Always clean and neat, large food courts a several good restaurants make it easy to take your time, shop, enjoy something to eat and shop some more. This is not an upscale mall by any means but for the average shoppers it has everything you could need. The parking is a nightmare here. This mall is always crowded since it's the only one for quite a few towns (unless you like to go into Tampa) so most times you cannot find a spot to park near the store you'd like to go to. I have lived near Brandon for years, so I appreciate the updates this mall has gone though. I love their restaurant/bar selection and store selection. I can usually go here to get what I need for any type of night out, outfits for work, or just accessories to complete a look. I appreciate that they offer family bathrooms, but my complaint is that there aren't enough. If you happen to be in a store halfway between the family bathrooms, good luck. You'll be walking quite a while! And if you're there later in the day, they're never very clean. read more

This mall has great stores inside. A great variety of the most popular stores. The access to the mall is difficult but much improved with the new goronto lake road opening. Hopefully that will make for smoother exit and entering, especially with the light. The mall is very clean, well taken care of with tons of bathrooms. Food- the selection in the food court and the back court is awesome. Some of the best places in town, Bahama breeze, Cheesecake Factory and more. This mall is super kid friendly with many kid zones and play grounds. Parking is wide but tricky near the food. I've never seen the valet open but I heard its free on weekends. We were here last night for an evening shopping/dinner thing. This place has everything you could ever want. Hundreds of shops and stalls and restaurants and everything else. There is a huge parking lot and it's within very easy walking distance from any entrance. The only downside for me was the state of the gents' restroom. It was howling!! read more

We went last Saturday night and it was BUSY! I like this mall because they have pretty much anything you might want. Westfield Brandon has more stores than Westshore in Tampa. They have a variety of department store to choose from. The Macy's at the Brandon mall is very nice. I also like that there are sit down restaurants at the mall. The mall can be a little confusing if you are visiting for the first time. It is very long and curves around, making it hard to find some stores. They also need more mall maps to find your way around. I wish they had better access though. The entrance/exit off of Brandon Blvd. is always backed up and creates a mess and a long wait. However, the mall is very nice and clean. read more

This mall has come a long way! In the past few years there have been a lot of great additions to the mall including new stores and great restaurants. We live nearby and visit this mall frequently. We have a two year old and always want to take him to the play areas, however the areas are mostly overrun with older kids and it isn't ideal for our child (or any child) to be run over. Also he has food allergies and despite the signs saying no food in play areas there always are kids with food. I realize we are a unique family, but there may be others wondering about this. Over all we do enjoy this mall. They have the best Santa and Mrs. Claus too! read more

My family loves this mall. We usually have to go super early during the weekday to avoid traffic and people. My son loves to ride the merry go round and they have a large selection of stores. Barnes and Noble is one of my favorite and I love having a Lush store so close. read more

One of the better malls in this area by far. There are a lot of popular stores here (Aero, Hollister, Windsor, Abercrombie, Dick's, Dillard's, Macy's, JCP, Victoria's Secret, Lush, Sephora, etc). The food court options are pretty awesome (Five Guys, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Chinese food) and there's also a few restaurants like Bahama Breeze and Cheesecake Factory (my personal favorite). The only thing about this mall that I absolutely hate is the traffic. It's right off of I-75 and it is a nightmare to get in and out of this place pretty much always, butespecially at the peak of Tampa traffic. The parking situation is pretty crappy too and it's really busy - not somewhere to go if you're looking for peace and quiet, but a definite option if you're looking to indulge on a shopping/eating expedition. read more

This is a nice mall. I have another mall that I live closer too but I rather drive to this one when u want to go shopping or when my friends want to hang out. Food court here is nice, you can stand in one spot and look around to see all your options. It's nice that there are some kiosks that sells snacks foods too. Parking doesn't seems very available here though!!! It's hard to find a good parking sport and even worse is getting out of the parking lot once your ready to leave. Seems to only have two exits!entrance. Only one that is near the freeway though, and this exit is always backed up!! Very annoying especially when your already ready to be home!! read more

This mall is BANANATOWN cray. The parking/flow of traffic is impossible. I do not look forward to coming here at all, but there are some stores that are not at the mall close to me - so gotta suck it up sometimes. Besides the stores, there is a nice restaurant row and big food court. It's pretty huge so take a peek at the directory and come up with a game plan.
