I had to come in for a ford escape recall on the door that ended up braking on me. Luckily I had the help from Rachael to get me scheduled for a replacement and a rental car to drive in the mean time. My car was in for over a month but I got updates from Rachael the whole process and when my car was ready I came in and got my car and left well that night I went to go to the grocery store and my car wouldn't start. I called Brandon collision and told him what happened and Rachel and her manager came out. Got my car to the dealership and it turns out that the battery died but they were so generous they replaced it for me. I really appreciate the hospitality and also grea service. read more

I had someone hit my new truck in a parking lot and brought it to Brandon Collision. Chad Dells was amazing and worked with me to keep the cost down knowing I was paying out of pocket. I can't say enough about Chad and the entire company. Thank you!!! Steve read more

wish I could give them zero stars! Please don't bring your vehicle here for repairs you will never get it back! we had our truck there for over a week the first time , received it back with not all the work done and scratches from one end of the back hatch to the other. tent was damaged and insurance paid them to clean the broken glass up and it wasn't done! Had to take my Ford Expendition back to them they now have had it over 2 weeks and it's still not done. We were told us it would take a week! Carlos will never return a call . My husband and I both have called him and he want even answer his phone. This is the worst place ever ! If you want your vehi done right and in a decent time frame DON'T take it to Brandon Collision Center read more

I've never been in an accident, so when my car was rear ended I was really confused on how to proceed with the repairs. I called Courtesy Collision and spoke with Shirley, she thoroughly explained to me the repair process and asked me to bring the car to the shop (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY). My estimator was Rennie Ganness. Rennie was awesome, he spoke to State Farm on my behalf, he also submitted pictures of my damage car to State Farm. While my car was at the body shop Rennie answered all my questions, his communication and his repair updates was flawless. Rennie made me feel that my concerns were his only priority. I will definitely contact the Collision Center Mgr. (Isiah Stone) to let him know he has an outstanding staff. Sagan Centeno read more

Brandon Collision completely destroyed my car. I got my front bumper fixed went to pick my car up and it was no longer turning on said my ac compressor went out when my car was driving perfectly fine before i sent it in to them. There were some really good qualities with this business but a very important area for improvement: let's start 1. Good job replacing the dash, cleaned up the car to prepare for release, called when it was ready, 2. Clean and pleasant lobby with adequate staff that is friendly, willing to listen. well kept property 3. Partner vendors on site such as claims and enterprise rental which is a huge convenience 4. Quality of work was very good but not perfection, all things considered I would recommend the business Terrible response time to emails and phone calls. My designated representatives did not ever once respond to an email request and had no voicemail set up to receive calls! How is this possible ? Receptionist would transfer call to a line with no voicemail box set up. This made it super difficult to get a status update or an estimated date of completion. And the receptionists of course did not have any information or incentive to obtain it to get involved with the customer. If this was corrected, I'd change this to 5 stars! read more

So I will start this by saying I had high hopes for Brandon Collision. My family has brought a total of 3 cars for 4 different jobs to their collision center. The first one impressed all of us so much that they had earned our business for the foreseeable future. That was until this last job that my wife and I brought to them. I dropped our 2017 Fusion Energi off to them on July 18th. I also dropped the car off early without an appointment because since my car had been backed into and our radiator fan was bouncing inside the housing and I did not feel safe driving the car. I made sure to let them know this when I dropped the car off and went on my way. For the following few weeks I got little to no communication about where my car was in this whole process and I had to call to get updates. Once the car was "done" (the closest thing we got to a update was our advisor telling us the bumper was going on on a certain day but no official done date) I found out the fan was not replaced. So I drove down there and discussed the issue with our advisor in person. She assured me she would do her best to resolve it. During all of this I asked if an adjuster had been out, and that is when I found out that the adjuster goes off of photographs and the technician/advisors word on what is and what is not related to an accident. While I was there I also noticed that a couple spots on my bumper had not been painted so I brought that to their attention and they said they would fix it along with talking to the insurance company about the fan again. I left and figured it would be a pretty quick turn around now since the date was now August 9th. In the meantime I waited over 3 weeks while making periodic calls to find out what was going on. On the Monday of the 4th week I left a voicemail letting them know that I felt like I was on the back burner and they've had our car for well over a month. I got a call back from the collision center manager Judd the following day. He assured me that I would have the car by the end of that week. He kept his promise but yet again I had to be the one to initiate contact and figure out when/if our car was finished. We got the car back on Sept 8th, I popped the hood and took video of how horribly the fan was bouncing. Since while I was driving I could now feel it when stopped at a light. So we called back later that day and asked for the collision center director Shaun, to discuss why they had not recommend replacing the fan even if it would have been on our dime. The agreed to solution was for us to bring in the car and pay for the part (the radiator fan) and he promised us that the car would be done on the same day we dropped it off but that he would put us in a loaner just in case. We dropped the car off at 10:30 AM, the car would not be started until the late afternoon. I called back the next day around noon figuring the car must be done since I dropped it off in the morning the day prior and was promised it would be done same day. Well the car was still not done, I was told the tech had the bumper and everything backoff to replace the fan (which sounded strange since the fan is on the inside of the engine bay) around 5:30PM and that it should be done soon and I would be called once it was done. Instead of waiting around on people that had a hard time calling us with updates we made the executive decision to drive down there around 3PM. Once we got there we inquired about where the car was, we were told that it was just in cleanup and that we could leave to get some food and they would call when it was done. By this point we were fed up and decided to walk around and see if we could find the car sitting around. While we were doing that the receptionist came back out and told us the advisor was going to check on the car in cleanup and find out exactly when it would be done. She found the car and told us it is still dirty (from sitting in their shop there was overspray all over it and I will have to clay bar the car to get the paint nice and clean again, something their cleanup would not have done anyway) and that it was next to be cleaned but if we wanted to take it we could. So that's what we did. Now for the fun part that requires me the customer to fix their mistakes. I got home and decided to inspect the car because I noticed when the advisor drove up that there was a MASSIVE gap between the hood and fender. She assured me they did not touch the fenders. Yet when I got home I noticed that the alignment bolts were way off. Not only that but the front bumper had a massive gap between it and the hood. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. But I refuse to return our vehicle for them to fix the panel alignment issues because of the terrible turn around time and poor communication skills on all parties. read more

I took care of moms dealing with getting her car repaired after someone backed into her..another local business jacked her around and said her paperwork flew out the door on a windy day after waiting for two weeks for an estimate. I called Brandon Collision and was told they had many cars that needed repair and were told they would work her in since it was a smaller job..they promptly got the tow truck to get her car the next morning after speaking to them very late the day before..they were on the phone and called and kept me on the loop on her car and if I called to check on, I ALWAYS had a call back the same day..Chad was amazing and very professional to work with, I cannot say enough about him..he treated us like a customer deserves to be treated...he did not keep is on the dark about anything and when parts were ordered he let us know and how long we were looking at..the Car was actually ready before the estimated time, actually two weeks before...Thanks again for taking great care of us and taking away the stress we had while working with the other car place before we called you...highly recommend! read more

Last month I took my vehicle in for fender repair. This was the first time I've been to a collision center. The staff was super courteous and professional. I had to rent a car while my vehicle was being worked on. The staff at Enterprise was exceptional! I surprised when I was able to pick up my Bronco 11 days later. Thank you for making my first experience so pleasant. Brandon Collision and Enterprise have my vote for the best in collision repair! read more

Apparently you speak to a representative based on your insurance company so if they are not in, you have to leave a message or call back. If your fortunate enough to speak to them, they only provide rough timelines on when your car "may" be ready but don't call you back with any firm day or updated information. Then, a few days after this rough timeline passes and you call back (many times) trying to get an update from "your" rep, you may get a "maybe" tomorrow date. If you call on the maybe date, you may get an answer like they won't know until is shows up. So if this is how you like to communicate, this place may be for you. Personally, I won't be back or recommend them just based on their lack of communication. I have yet to see their work as I'm still waiting to see if it shows up today. Update: quality control lacking as still needed some touching up and I guess they left us some masking to remove. read more

I was involved in a minor front end collision and had my vehicle towed here. After weeks of unanswered phone calls and voicemails from the "manager", Carlos, I was finally returned a truck that looks like it was repaired by a couples of blind guys wearing boxing gloves. The entire process was miserable, the work dome was awful and everyone along the way was near impossible to work with. I would suggest trying to make whatever repairs to your vehicle your self, before I recommend taking it to Brandon collision. read more

I was introduced to Brandon Collision after purchasing a new truck from their dealership, not because I had to have repairs made due to an accident. My previous 2013 Ford F-150 Limited was Tri-Metal Flake White which had a color matched "Under-Cover" fiber-glass lid covering the bed, my new truck is "Tuxedo Black" with heavy metal flake, not wanting to purchase a new lid for this truck since it was the same model truck just newer and a different color the dealership offered to re-paint my lid to match my new truck. About a week after my new truck purchase I was notified that the paint was compete so I drove back to have it installed. I arrived close to noon on Saturday not realizing they usually close at noon on the weekends and have limited resources available at that time. The receptionist who realized I drove across the state made a few phone calls and after a few minutes two techs arrived took my new truck and came back with the new lid installed, everything was aligned as it should be, and the paint matched perfect, noticing that the lid was a little dusty they then called the dealership and setup a courtesy wash and detail of my entire truck. My experience here couldn't have been better, the workmanship and customer service is amazing, it was good to see the collision center provides the same exceptional service as the dealership. read more

After purchasing a Ford Explorer several months ago it unfortunately lost a cosmetic piece that goes over the window. I was referred here to get it replaced. And so once the part was in, I came down to get it put together. The first thing I noticed was how friendly all the staff were and it was genuine. They seemed to all work in sync and were concerned with each and every one of us waiting on their beautiful waiting room. You're called by name and they are so nice. My service technician was Scott Brinkman. He really made my day by making it so easy and had me out if there in less than a half hour. Thank you Brandon Ford and Brandon Collision! read more

I am not usually a person who writes reviews but this experience was so bad I had to write one. I took my car here for a bumper repair through my insurance company. A series of events happened that assured me I will never use these guys again EVER. 1. They initially gave me a quote of about $1400 but the final invoice was more than double about $3000. Granted my insurance was covering 100% of the cost but that seemed to me like it was outrageous. 2. I took my car there on October 7th and I didn't get it back until October 25th. Again, this was a simple bumper replacement. Of course I got a rental so everything should be fine. 3. Well, when I got my car back, it had an extra 1300 miles on it. How do you even explain that? There are only two logical explanations. 1) The repair took place in Georgia or Alabama or 2) Someone was using my car every day as their ride. When I did the math of how long they held onto the car, it came out to an average of about 70 miles a day. 4. And lastly, when I returned the rental (the rental is in the same building) they promised they would return the keys the next day when the rental place opened. Well, they didn't return the keys for another 3 days and since the insurance wasn't covering the rental at that point, the rental company ended up charging me. read more

Why do car places tell you that your car will be done Thursday, make a huge point that rental must be turned in after 4 days, then say well there have been delays only one buffer etc. It's no longer an inconvenience when you have to text your boss that you can't come in due to not having a car !! Oh they were kind enough to say you can keep the rental car until tomorrow that I was told to turn in last week. Oh not to mention the returned calls, they don't exist ! Still waiting on a follow from Shawn..... Side note infinity insurance adjuster in their facility extremely rude to wife and made us come back for a second estimate. She was so uncomfortable I went and we had to call our insurance provider to talk to them about it. read more

I would avoid this place at all cost. I was in an accident 2 months into having my new 2015 fusion. It took them 3 months to get my car to be ok. The worst part about this place was how I was treated and how I was lied to on multiple occasions. I was told that my car was going to be ready three different times in August and they never delivered on those promises. I was told that my car was going to be ready on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of a week in September. Again they did not live up to their word and my car was not ready. They said the car was ready for pick up on that Saturday. Upon my arrival I looked at my car. The car was in unacceptable shape. They had bubbles in the paint and dirt under the paint. The inside of the trunk was soaking wet. The inside liner of the trunk did not fit correctly and the hinges were only partially painted. This was after they had admitted to scratching my side panel while they were trying to put on the bumper. Again I was told all the issues would be completed within the week. After a week I was told they cracked my third tail light putting in the back glass. After another week I was finally able to pick up my car. I still have issues with the inside liner of the trunk. I also have issues with the way trunk closes. However according to them I have to close the trunk a special way. It was not this way before the accident I was in. Granted I only had my new 2015 fusion for two months and they had it for 3 months. Their front staff matches their "awesome" work as well. It is of course a issue for a owner of a car to call and actually talk to someone that knows something about their car. I called several times with no call backs. At one point I was put on hold for 20 minutes without being transferred. The work, their word, and customer service is suspect at best. I would run as far away from this place and go ANYWHERE else. read more

Thank you for providing excellent service! We had our car sent there after our accident. The receptionist, Jessica Ortega, greeted me with a smile and a helpful attitude. Not impressed in my experience. I needed an estimate for my vehicle; on a Friday told me they will have it ready for Monday. On Monday I did not receive any telephone call until Tuesday morning in which they tell me to go at 2:30pm. As an out of towner, it was a little nerve wracking having to leave your car behind and trusting that the collision center would do a good job. Brandon Collision was the best decision I could've made to handle just that. They were quick in getting to work to see what the damage was, ordering the parts and getting it repaired. Last month I had the unfortunate luck to have my car towed to this facility after hitting a curb and needing to have my car repaired. Upon impact I damaged the front passenger suspension and tire and also got a flat on my back passenger tire. After speaking with my adjuster and the rep from the company this was a speedy fix, with the expectation of the repairs taking about a week or less. Actually it was 4 weeks and 2 days. They don't inform you on the condition of the car, and when you call they seemed annoyed. When the target date is the next day and it's 4 in the afternoon and I haven't heard any updates on my vehicle and them knowing the date got pushed back any further, receiving attitude from the rep when I start calling on the status of my car is ridiculous. Upon picking up my car the FIRST time, as soon as I get in I see my sunroof visor is broken and fabric is hanging in the center of my car passed my seats. The manger stated that the car was like that when it was towed in, and I for a fact was positive it wasn't damaged in anyway. Turns into a he said she said scenario. The techs that had apparently had all ready left for the day, conveniently all were back to say that car had been like that. Regardless or not with the situation already tense I should have been notified about it. But luckily my insurance adjuster had taken pictures the first day it came in, and how funny IT WASNT BROKEN. So not only did the manager Ms. Layton lie straight to my face. That whole ordeal was unprofessional. To pick up your expected fixed car that took 4 times of the wait than promised, just to have more damage. They then took my car to the dealership which again was supposed to be a another quick fix, took another 2 days. The collision center quit communicating with the dealership leaving me in limbo, having to go there myself and see what was going on. The dealership tried to charge me for a TIRE REPAIR. Funny because the collision center I thought was supposed to fix that? So after 4 weeks they allowed to have my car sit on the same flat tire I got that night to have someone else handle the rest. POOR SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER CARE. The staff and manager all have no idea what's going on. I feel like the techs all learned about cars via youtube. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. read more
