They went above and beyond on our recent home project. I would highly recommend McKinney Residential to whomever reads this. It's so nice when you find a contractor you can trust.

It was so nice to have them come out, take a look at measurements etc. and got back to us quickly with a quote that we were happy with. They completely rebuilt our second story deck and their service was impeccable. They were very pleasant and always kept us up-to-date each day as to what they were going to do for the day, and they followed through. Their communication through Danielle is exquisite. She always notified us as to when the guys would be here and they were ALWAYS on time. It wasn't only that, in our situation they were going to just replace the floor. However, the last company unfortunately did a terrible job and we had wood rot everywhere. They showed us the damage and gave us great recommendations as to what we could do to fix it and never have problems again. We received updated quotes for us to review and accept as we moved on having them rebuild the deck. We've never been happier with the Value of a project.

Greg, Colin and Troy were professional, respectful and did a beautiful job of updating and enlarging a very small shower that was becoming a safety concern as we get older. Troy is a true craftsman. I will certainly use them again if a need arises and I highly recommend the JER team to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

Hired Lifespan for a new addition. Initially felt it was going well but very quickly realized that…read morethe lead assigned to our project was a problem. Multiple errors were made including installing something upside down which caused a leak of propane and required us to evacuate our house so that an emergency crew could come fix it. Very little concern for keeping living areas clean during renovations, despite being asked repeatedly. Could hear the lead guy loudly complaining to another contractor about having to build bookshelves for our library (which was part of Lifespan's design). Now have discovered they installed HVAC using poor quality equipment that is failing and leaking refrigerant. They admit to the problem but will not fix unless we "consider" sharing the cost of repairs. Spent several hundred thousand dollars for very sloppy work. Would not recommend.
