I did not realize in they had a policy that one needs to give a 10 day notice before vacating otherwise you get charge for an entire extra month even if you're out by the end of the current month. No discount or proration offered when I asked. They say it was in the contract I signed (again three years ago) so they can't do anything about it. "Thanks for your $20,000+ over the past three years. Now F*** off!" is basically what they just said. I hope that last $650 was worth it! Folks considering this place, take this info and do with it what you will. They sure were helpful to include the link to give them Yelp and Google reviews sure made it easier for me to post this.

Ed Kobek impressed me with the speed he worked. He was efficient because he knew what to do. You…read morecan tell when someone know what they're doing. He gave us an estimate based on time and he came in under that amount. We had him install a Revashelf pull down cabinet shelving. We ordered it and paid through Amazon, and the instructions say installation takes 45 minutes. HAHAHAHAHA. There's no way. He measured right the first time, he had the odd shaped tools needed, and most of all, he has the 40+ years of experience working the business with his wife holding down the office. Very happy with the work and with Ed.
