I really didn't want to do this here but since my texts aren't being returned, your phone goes straight to voicemail and your voicemail is full, i really have no choice. I have given rave reviews to you since my husband began shooting for your various shirts, leggings etc a while back. I've had shirts made by you before for my daughter's cheer competitions, etc, with little to no issue. This time however my reputation with my job is at stake. My event is TOMORROW at 11:30am EST. I have had minimal response from you and no tracking information whatsoever. My job has paid you through corporate funds and you have ALWAYS been aware of the deadline and it has not been adhered to. Your service this time around has been shockingly lackluster and it's disheartening. I support small business owners especially African-American business owners because I feel it's important we support and uplift our own. You promised next day air shipping and that I'd have tracking information tonight since the initial order that was clearly sent out late afternoon Saturday still has yet to reach me either. It shouldn't matter if a person spends $60, $600, or six cents. Your job is to deliver exceptional and expedient service and product and while I cannot ever say your product is unsatisfactory, your service this time is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund immediately and proof of said refund emailed to me as well. If you were honest about sending out the new shipment of shirts today, i need proof is shipping immediately. The refund will be necessary regardless. After this please note that all business ventures with you and your company will cease, and referrals I have sent with your information to others will be rescinded because I would never want someone else to experience what I have. Sure things happen and mistakes can be made but when i have to bring your error to your attention and I'm advised that you're "so sorry" and that i will have this that and the third by whatever time and none of that is upheld, it speaks volumes and those volumes aren't sweet melodic sounds; it's simply noise that need to be cut off immediately and permanently. All I ask at this point is to refund my job's money and confirm whether or not I will be receiving shirts at all. Since I have no response from you and no tracking numbers after requesting such repeatedly I have to assume nothing has been true other than when you let me know you received the payment. And if payments was received and product was not that is fraudulent and thieving. If the product and refund are not received (along with proof) I will have no choice but to advise my job of this mishap and they will proceed how they wish to whether it be legal or otherwise. Please do the right thing at this point. read more
