A good portion of the juice they have on the shelf won't be around very long as they're clear cut cases of branding theft. Today I watched him put a tester tank directly in his mouth with no tip what so ever and sat there puffing on it. The fact that he thinks that's sanitary or even remotely ok is crazy to me. After about 5 minutes of staring at him trying to get his attention so I could buy some wire, it seemed like he couldn't be bothered even acknowledge that I was standing there so I walked out with out even getting a word from him. It makes me sad that the only dedicated vape shop in the area is fallen to the depths that this place has. I guess it's back to shopping online for me.

This was after I chose not to go through the purchase of a vape. I am positive i left it inside the store and the reason I'm positive is because when I called with my caller ID, my calls were ignored but as soon as I called with a blocked number, my call was picked up. After answering the phone, I asked the employee if she had seen my credit card and she immediately hung up. I went inside to confront her and she said that she had just charged the phone after my third call and she only saw the call with the blocked number. When I asked her why she hung up on me after I asked for my credit card she said she thought I was a scammer. There is no way that she thought I was a scammer and I don't appreciate being lied to these people are dishonest, and deserve to lose business.

I live in New Milford and specifically come for Kratom which is not sold in the New Milford smoke shop or anywhere in New Milford as far as I can tell. Yes the place is kinda messy with product everywhere but he seems to have everything and although I don't vape I smoke cigarettes people who come in to get their vape equipment seems quite happy with his store and selection, definitely worth it to check it out.
