Said our neighbors, who got their roof from his company four years ago, too, had crow pecking holes all over their roof, so he thought maybe we did too. Went up, texted me from up there that we had lots of holes too. Said we needed the holes fixed or we ran the risk of serious water incursions. He then texted me 16 photos of crow pecking holes. He said he would have to come with a crew and two trucks and the repair work would take several days. That evening he sent me an unitemized repair cost estimate of $30,000 (thirty thousand). The next day he emailed asking whether we wanted to lock in the estimate amount and schedule the work. He also texted and called four times that day, leaving a message once. I never answered the phone. The following day I went up on the roof. It is pristine! I took photos to prove it. I also saved his photos, text, emails, repair estimate and attempts of calling. I then looked at the date stamps of the sixteen photos he sent to me. 14 of the 16 were taken the previous year (so, clearly somewhere else), and two must have been of my neighbor's roof -- they had a few small holes. The whole thing is a total scam. He did the exact same thing to my neighbor, too. He told them they had over 200 holes on their roof. I'm just wondering what he would have done if I had accepted his estimate. Would the entire crew just have sat on my roof for days and played cards? Are they all in on the scam? I filed a consumer complaint with the attorney general's office. My neighbor will, too. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Sean Lopez is completely untrustworthy.

A six person crew did the work and all of these crew members worked diligently and efficiently to get our job done in the promised amount of time. Quality control was checked daily by the estimator Matt and overall supervisor Angel; in addition we had complete confidence in the site foreman Ramon who was in charge of the work. One of the re-roofed areas was over a 28 year old cove plaster ceiling; no damage occurred because the roofers knew it was there and were careful. Our property was left clean. This was one of the least stressful major projects I have been through because it was apparent that everyone involved knew what they were doing and enjoyed their work as well. Our job also came in under budget. Matt gave us an estimate that covered the worst case scenario, breaking it down so that we understood what parts would absolutely be required and what could not be determined until the demo was done. I'd rather have it that way than to find out after the roof is off that underlying layers may also need replacing. I highly recommend this business. One reviewer mentioned congestion by workers' cars. This was not a problem in my case due to lower neighborhood density and private roads. I had to ask the workers to repark their cars due to neighborhood restrictions but got absolutely no pushback at all. I would say if your house is in an in-town close together neighborhood, to discuss worker parking plans in advance of the job to avoid issues with the neighbors.

We would leave messages with several people with no return calls or a lot of time before returning. as the day of install approached with no word, we again called. We discovered the date had been pushed back due to them not submitting the permit for the correct work. We asked for a refund and cancellation of contract. We were promised the owner would call twice with no return calls. They finally refunded our money with no apology what so ever. Do not use this company if you value honesty and communication

SFStucco&Roofing redid the entire wall, adding a water barrier, which was not originally installed, along the top of the wall to prevent recurrence of the problem. The repair was quick, and the workmen took great care to protect the plants along the bottom of the wall. The color match is very good, and the wall looks great! About five years ago SFStucco&Roofing replaced the worn-out and leaking tar and gravel roof on the house with a membrane roof. No review, I was not following Yelp then, but they did a very good job. After five years there are no leaks, but when I inspected the roof this spring there were several areas where the membrane had lifted from the roof and torn. The roof is still under warranty. SFStucco&Roofing sent out a team that repaired all the damaged areas that I had seen, and several that I was not aware of. Highly responsive, and I was very pleased with their work.

The Crew ( one guy ) was there for three part days 14.5 hrs being generous including lunch breaks and times that I could not say he wasn't there. Product used maybe four gallons JACO Patch; good product costs anywhere from 150.00 to $200.00 per tube of 2 Gallons. All they did was paint this on lots of corners and all penetrations . Did good job doing this. Some things in the bid I guess were not needed. When asked why they did not sweep the roof to better see what to repair was told it was not specified in the bid. work done OK; Cost astronomic.
