So I waited for another half an hour to get the next bus. When that bus finally came, it was full again so I was again told to get the next one!! Very rude driver Sunday at about 1:55pm bus I.d 1785 501 eastbound driver spit on pedestrians and gave us the finger while yelling profanitys out the window, I'm curious as to how operations is allowing it's passengers and innocent pedestrians get assaulted by their staff members it's completely unacceptable and I hope they are aware of these issues I mean if you can't conduct yourself appropriately while doing a job don't work there being a bus driver means you are dealing with the public if you can't please don't apply to operate our city buses you make the city look horrible not a good look for our transportation system. read more

It cant be stressed enough the level of incompetence displayed by brampton transit on a daily basis. Busses routinely fail to arrive completely. Not late, not early, just not at all. When this happens, you are instructed to simply wait for the next one, or the one after that if it doesnt show up either. I just detoured on the 501 for nearly 2 hours that had our operator driving the bus through parkinglots of industrial warehouses. Routinely, busses offload their entire bus at random bus stop, goes out of service and drives away, leaving masses of people swarming at the sides of roads waiting fpr maube another bus to arrive, and when it does, its usually too full to load an entire busload, so people scrap at the door to get on to a sardine can. Its an utter failure in every sense of the word. Surronded by Mississaiga transit, ttc, viva, really highlights how broken this service actually is. They even double count fares to lie on ridership polls. You scan, you get kicked off, you scan on the next one and now you count as 2 riders on the same route. You do that several times a day and your ridership becomes so inflated that the amount of rides reported cant possibly facilitate the numver of trips in that same time. Also, during the night it's been 3 days straight where they drop all the passengers that take the 5 bovaird bus and dropped them all at Trinity common and no bus is there to wait and pick the new passengers, we all had to wait 30 mins more . When you wait 30 mins in the rain for a bus that was scheduled to be here 25 mins ago, and this happens more than once a week you know there's something wrong with the transit company.
