I've not had a great experience from this location over the years, what drove me to write a review was the experience that I had online. I was inquiring about a car I was looking to finance, when I was asking some questions about the vehicle I was looking at, and questions the descriptions written on the webpage and the "not-matching" photos, I was quickly asked when I could book an appointment...? the other really weird part was that I requested In my inquiry not to contact me by telephone, and they didn't respect my wishes and chose to phone me. how can you expect a customer to want to do business if you don't respect what they have put forward in a request...I think they need a lesson in customer service... long story short, I went somewhere else. read more

Look before you leap Bought new 2020 Pacifica Limited, found the car told them where it was and they sold to me. Promised 3-4 day to get car. Well drove car 600km managed to deliver dirty and damaged. Strange they wanted an evening pick up but the night was on their side. Regardless took a good look and made the issues known. Their solution was to throw in some floor mats..... Bought the Gold Plan with maintenance. All at Brampton Chrysler, so oil sticker said July or 16000km this was September I asked for an oil change no problem take my info and on closing I state everything's included i have the maintenance. Then its a different story oh sir you only have 11000km on the vehicle come back when closer to 16000km. So Im paying it needs it covered and wait. Double standard. Tried to deal with managers then GM but they really do not care. Chrysler should be more aware of what goes on at the business you may get lucky but i doubt it read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My experience with them from start to finish was just a runaround. I bought a used chevy spark from them, because I really needed a smaller car and the price point was right. I also was trading in a vehicle. When I first went in and asked to look at the car they didn't even know what I was referring to. I understand the Chevrolet is not in their lineup and didn't expect them to tell me all the specs of the car, but when the salespeople ask you to show them the listing on auto trader because they have no clue what you are talking about, that should have been my warning sign to run. Anyhow, when I put the down payment they said there was an $85 dollar surcharge for all cars sold that is for them to fill your tank. They said they knew it was crazy for a little spark but that it was standard, so I agreed. They also said the car came with a second set of tires and they would put the winter tires on (I bought it in Jan). A week later after all the payments were done I go to pick up the car and trade in my old one. I kept my plates so they had to switch the plates from old to new. I waited in my old car for almost an hour for them to come get the plates. Meanwhile they had taken the plates off of some random car in the parking lot and argued with me black and blue that it was in fact, my car that they removed the plates from. Until I locked the car with the fob and the horn beeped. I didn't even realize until I pulled out of the lot that they hadn't filled up the gas. And was literally so frustrated by that point because I had to wait so long that I didn't even bother to go back to fix it. Then they stuffed the all seasons into the back seat but didn't fold the seats down properly so I had to stop in a parking lot to fix that before they got broken. The tires were in bags and I didn't bother to look at them, as I assumed they were fine. This weekend my husband goes to change the winter tires off and the tires they sold me are all cracked and almost bald. Not safe to drive at all, and disgusted at their lack of concern, and frankly, their greed. This was literally the worst car buying experience of my life and would NEVER go back nor recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope if you are reading this you decide to go to a different dealership in the auto mall. I feel as though literally any would be better than this place. When you spend almost $10, 000 on a product, you expect to be treated like a decent human being and not like a piece of doggy doo. read more

So we decided to buy new so we would have no issues. 3 years in we are having problems with the car dying for no reason. We have wasted many dollars to visit them to confirm about over car. However they kept lying us with new excuses every time and it became so stressful due to huge stress created by them. Hence we took our money back when they said the car they committed to deliver us one day before was sold one. Hell man! How come it is possible the vehicle shown and committed to deliver to customer next day was the sold one and manager and agent doesn't aware about that. Also the day we reached to get our money back manager/Agent and finance person all was on leave all planed to avoid our visit. They didn't had a basic courtesy to at least talk to us. NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL. It all started when trying to book an appointment, no answer from the service department, had to call sales desk then transfer, the service picked up right away... When I got there on the day of the appointment I waited, and waited, and waited and waited... till I was told I need to bring my vehicle to the door, then I waited some more... I was told my Hemi truck needed a special "hemi" oil that was $20 more than what I usually pay at other dealerships. So I said go ahead, I badly needed an oil change. I get a call saying the truck is done, I go in 30min after WAIT some more because apparently my bill isn't ready, even though everything was ready when I got the call 30 min ago. I came here in hopes of convenience as the dealer I bought from is 35min away, I can tell you I will NOT be returning, and I will definitely be spending the word to all the Brampton people I know NOT to do business with this location EVER. I'd rather drive the 35 min to have the outstanding customer service at the milton dealer than deal wth this shit! This is the utter most terrible experience I have had with this dealership. First time leaser and well we decided to buy out our van and well that was a ordeal. Never got calls back from the dealership from the sales manager, the SCI lease company apparently didn't have them set up in there systems for us to buy from the dealership which is stranger since we did the lease through the dealership. The service department is ridiculous. I am pretty sure scammers too. Had my navigation fixed as it was under warranty and well after that my passenger side when ever you put on the AC the hot air would come out. and hmmm it was all behind the navi systems ODD. but when I asked if it was covered under warranty nope even through the service manager said there is a lot of issues with Dodge van with this happening well don't you thing that there is a faulty in the line then. Husband went to pick up the van and it was so disorganized in there. I have been taking my Van for the last 10 years to this location for the oil change at Express Lube Lane. Usually, it takes 30 min and around $ 40 for the oil change. For last 2 times, the Express Lube Lane is closed and have to go through the regular service bay. The waiting time increased to over 3 hours and now it costs over $ 80 for an oil and filter change. My car was leaking from the floor because of Condensation It took multiple visits to me to go there again and again but finally they fixed it. This is the WORST CHRYSLER EVER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!!!!!! My Husband took his brand new 2017 Dodge Ram Eco Disel truck in for a OIL CHANGE ONLY. A basic OIL CHANGE! Nothing else!!!! They decided to play around with his truck during the process and lied to him when he brought the truck back because his battery voltage was decreasing MATTHEW told him it's normal and by the time he gets home it will be off the screen. Well, by the time my Husband and I got home we nearly died! Because they messed around with the truck and brakes stopped working in the middle of the road which nearly caused us to get into a head on collision. All the lights in the truck shut offf, the truck engine was slowing dying and making awful sounds and the steering wheel locked up and we weren't able to move and continue our journey to get home safe. By the time we got into the drive way it was by the Grace of God that the truck shut right down at the bottom of our drive way. Thank God we made it home safe! My husband was very upset and called them and the front desk operator lady was giving attitude until my husband told her what happened. Their general manger is not in until Monday and probably has no idea what's going on. They took my Husbands truck back and had it all day and still doesn't want to admit that they fucked up my husbands alternator because Brampton Chrysler has idiots working for them which now causing them to look really bad! Word of mouth goes around and my mouth will be around that this location SUCKS!!!!! I'm warning anyone who goes to them do not go there! I will never recommend this location to anyone not even my worse enemy. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Very disappointed in this whole situation. My vehicle was wrongly diagnosed for bad head gasket, which would have cost me a lot more had I not taken my car to my mechanic, who advised me that there was nothing wrong with the head gasket and it was just the water pump that needs to be replaced. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. The worst service department. DO NOT BUY HERE! And do not buy a Jeep! The 2007 Jeep Compasses and Patriots have a 10 year extended warranty because Chrysler knowingly used inferior metal on the subframe (2 crossmembers that basically form the underbelly of the car) and knew that it would corrode early and severely. VERY DANGEROUS! The bottom of the car is so badly rusted that it could rot out at any time and fall off, causing a very bad accident! This dealership was very nice until I showed them the warranty letter. Then they refused to replace the very corroded crossmembers. They said that they would only replace it if there was a hole and there wasn't. I insisted that they show me. I found the hole in the front crossmember. He still wouldn't replace it! Claimed that the part was sold out in all of Canada and that he would have to get a part from the U.S. and that would take many MONTHS. I told him to call around in Ontario to find the part. They refused. I called head office who found the part nearby and had it to the dealership in 2 days! But they still wouldn't replace the rear crossmember which is badly corroded. This is a common experience with many dealerships all over Canada and the States. They would rather have DEATHS on their hands than replace the part under warranty! read more
