Just 2 weeks ago we learned our son was graduating an entire year early! We scrambled to find a photographer who could get the photo shoot done and pictures edited in just a few days. We received over 40 photographer recommendations from friends and family, and all I can say is, it's not easy finding the right one! So many photographers had complicated contracts, ridiculous pricing, and required consultations that take up time and money. Brad at Mayne Frame Photography was the only one that kept things simple and easy to work with. Brad was so kind, and understood the importance of what we needed. Within 48 hours we had a scheduled photo shoot in downtown Boise. Our son got to wear 3 different outfits, and we weren't running against the clock. She was very informative and answered all my question promptly. Our shoot was at the Japanese Garden. She scanned the area before we arrived to know which area would be good for our pictures. The girls are so creative when it comes to styling their photo shoots. If you have no clue what or where you what the photos to be, they instantly swoop in with props, poses, scenery, etc. For our photo shoot, they attempted to get shots of my son in those faux denim diapers. Quite entertaining to watch! And brought him a piece of birthday cake, so thoughtful! Their style of photography is definitely not traditional, so if you are looking for a photo of you and your kids all sitting prim and proper with collared shirts in front of one of those fake landscape scenes, then this is not the place for you! :) Most know Ampersand for their phenomenal wedding photography, which I have seen and is quite breathtaking.
