This is the WORST dealer experience I've ever had in buying a car!!! Came in Sunday with a seller Jo****, who made me wait 1 hour for an appraisal, only for me to figure out he didn't even know the color/make of my car! (you'd think he'd know while making you wait 1 hr while having my keys) I later learned my key had sat on the receptionist desk for the whole hour!! while he did nothing. But make us wait & do a pre appraisal online yeah like the one you go on KBB when you don't know anything about cars. (who the h*ll does that while you have the car in front of you)? No vin taken as I saw how uninformed he was... Next, For a high END LUXURY dealer, you'd think they value your trade for at least a modest value? NOPE!!! My car is worth 10,500k per other dealers and KBB (which is not even the highest value I've received) but Braman Cadillac per seller Jo**** valued it 5k? lol 55% off. Remember he looked this up value earlier so yeah he should know but NO they just low ball you on purpose. Read the other reviews. not a joke. Their website has excluded hidden fees!!!! (reconditioning fee just quietly added) and trust me check because they won't directly inform you. As someone who worked at a car dealership we know this is supposed to be acquisitioned with the total price of the car. But the BIGGEST surprise is when you get there with the price you saw online , the seller Jo****** lures you and shows you a different 4k-5k markup on the window of this car tells you, you are getting a deal.. (Check images listed, same day pics) Jo*** said (this is a price error) so it should be the price on the window. "But I'll try to help you with that" (Just to bait you with lies) Next Jo**** my seller didn't let me test drive with enough time which I was understanding at the moment since the dealer just closed (and I wasn't ready to buy the car that day anyways)... but Jo**** decided a master plan to try to get me to buy the car by telling me "this just in" this car will be sold by tomorrow my manager just informed me what do you want to do? I'm just trying to "help" you. So now he decides theirs more time? Silly him, He must've forgot since he was worried about the next customer while he let me test drive this car for only about "5 minutes". Didn't answer all my questions about the car, tells me we need to turn back since the dealer is closed BUT then is running like the building is on fire to make a sale. (And guess what car wasn't sold for the next week)...... lol BINGO! He was Extremely too pushy, and just sees customers as another dollar bill from a ATM machine. The other seller, (my first initial Encounter) was a lot better when I first met him. Only to find out how he too is another spoiled apple.... When I decided I had enough with my experience/transactions and told Ca*** to take me off the list, his demeanor & response was completely aggressive out of respect & unprofessional. Ca**** takes days to respond to one message, is not thorough and is entitled clearly. (See the pic) DO not BUY from HERE if you know what's good for you. -Deceptive hidden fees -surprise price gauging -50% marked off trade value compared to other dealers -deceiving sellers -aggressive sellers Look for yourself at the price gauge from online to in person & how they talk to you when you are dissatisfied !!!

Had an issue with my Cadillac last night. Had it towed to Brayman Cadillac Miami. Received a phone call at 7:45 this morning that they have my car and will do a diagnostic check. 20 minutes later they sent me a video with all the issues. Everything was fixed under warranty and I am picking up my Cadillac today.

Don't trust them. Victor gave me a new sales man to work with Rickey and next day he was fired/quit. It gets better! The car I was interested in was "sold" then next day it's listed for more. "But we have a 22 we can get for you for a good deal because you are a great client". So I went from trying to buy a car at 81k to them offering me a 2022 for 94k. Hmmm. Not giving you all a dollar. This has to be the most shady dealership I have ever tried to work with. Would not trust a Braman dealership. Can't get a GM or much less a manager to contact me. I'm embarrassed for them if this is how they do business.

First & Last purchase with them. I turned in my lease on a Cadillac XT6 and they treat you differently when you don't get another car from them. I've been a GM customer since 2015 & bcs of them will never purchase another Cadillac. I made sure I took lots of pics

Extremely disappointing experience with Limited Spec Automotive…read more I purchased a $420,000 Ferrari F8 sight unseen from Keith Herrera. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the vehicle's condition and was assured there were no issues. Upon delivery, I discovered multiple scratches, dents, and paint damage that were never disclosed. Keith initially suggested the damage occurred during transportation, despite pickup photos showing otherwise. After weeks of following up, he asked me to obtain a repair estimate, which came to approximately $2,700. After getting nowhere with Keith, I contacted the General Manager, Stephen. Rather than simply resolving the issue, he argued over the repair costs and suggested I ship the vehicle back across the country for repairs. Stephen eventually offered $2,000 to settle the matter. I accepted his offer, provided my payment information, and now Stephen has stopped responding as well. What's most frustrating isn't the money. It's the complete lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through. I made a $420,000 purchase, trusted their representations, and made the transaction incredibly easy. Yet I'm having to chase down their management over a $2,000 payment they offered themselves. As a business owner, I understand mistakes happen. It's how you handle them that defines your reputation. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from Limited Spec Automotive, especially sight unseen, I strongly recommend an independent inspection and getting everything in writing. Very disappointing that a dealership handling transactions of this size would treat a customer this way. UPDATE - October 9, 2026: Unfortunately, this situation has only gotten worse. After initially offering $2,000 toward the undisclosed damage, General Manager Stephen withdrew his offer when I posted this review. Today, Stephen reached out again offering to settle for $2,000, but demanded that I remove my review before he would even begin preparing a settlement agreement or arranging payment. I explained that I was happy to honor a reasonable agreement once the dealership followed through on its commitment. Stephen refused, stating he would not work with me until the review was removed. At this point, the money is no longer my concern. it's about integrity, accountability, and how a dealership treats its customers after a $420,000 purchase. I gave Limited Spec every opportunity to resolve this privately. Instead, I've spent months chasing answers, dealing with broken commitments, and now being asked to remove an honest review before they'll even discuss a resolution. Potential buyers deserve to know how this dealership handles problems after the sale. I stand behind everything I've shared about my experience.

When I drove the vehicle off the lot, the tire pressure warning was already on. My salesman, Shamir, dismissed it and claimed the service department had simply forgotten to put air in the tire. That night, after filling it myself, the tire lost pressure again by morning. When I registered the car on the Mercedes-Benz app, it also showed the starter battery at a critical level. I returned the car to the dealership the next morning. For a vehicle that supposedly passed a rigorous 172-point CPO inspection, the oversight was appalling. It had: A nail in the tire A failing battery that required complete replacement Blown, non-functional speakers A broken passenger seat To make matters worse, communication and transparency were virtually non-existent. Alan, the service manager, insisted the tire held pressure and had no nail. However, another manager, Gabriel, later contradicted him and confirmed the tire had to be replaced due to a nail. The car sat in service for nearly a week with zero updates from either Alan or Shamir. I only received information after calling the General Manager directly to escalate the issue. When the car was finally returned, the repairs were only partially addressed, the vehicle was delivered with a near-empty tank of gas, and there was fresh damage on the rim. This has been an absolute failure of quality control, accountability, and customer care for a flagship vehicle. I will never purchase another car here and strongly urge others to avoid this dealership.

We showed him a letter that Mauricio from Braman sent us stating that we should come in because they wanted to buy our 2019 BMW X3 and give us a "much higher than market value" for our vehicle. We had been thinking about trading it in any way, so off we went to Braman with Mauricio's letter in hand! We asked for Mauricio at the front desk, but the receptionist said there was no one there by that name. Uh oh. She called Uberto over. We told him that Mauricio sent us and showed him the letter. He said he didn't know anything about that letter nor Mauricio. We were now getting suspicious. But Uberto said he would take care of us. Long story short, we found a 2024 BMW X3 that we wanted. Our 5 yr old X3 had only 20, 573 miles on it. We drove it only 5, 000 miles a year! It was very well taken care of and never in an accident! Braman offered a lowball $15k for it. Unbelievable! We were stunned and insulted! I quickly got on Google checking for fair market values, saw an ad by Carmax, who offered to buy your car, filled out their questionnaire, and their offer was $8,000 higher. We told Uberto to hold the new X3 for us, and we were going to drive out to Carmax and sell them our car and be back with our down payment for the new car. So, that's what we did, and everything worked out the way we wanted it. Next time, we will look for a different BMW dealership. You might think about doing the same thing.
