So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25! Finally, frustrated we called Beck Taxi and they arrived within 15 minutes - she was on her way 1 1/2 hours after her scheduled appointment time. Of couse this caused her to be late for her specialist appointment. Such poor service - I would never recommend this company!!
