So I called another company and the other driver from Seven Eleven came at the same time as the driver I called and I was told that since I did not cancel, I was charged $25! I paid out of frustration as their policies do not indicate a $25 charge anywhere ($10, if anything) or that you cannot cancel through the app if you called. https://seveneleventaxi.ca/terms-of-service/ I spoke with customer service and their only reply was that they needed to update their policies. Anyway, my point is to have the policies updated, like now) and clear for customers who use this company. I will not be using this company again.
