The staff is friendly and very professional and make you feel right at home. Speaking of feeling right at home, the waiting area is pretty cool! It's not the sterile waiting area of a car dealership, nor is it a dingy area you're afraid to sit down in. It's coztyy, inviting, and unless you have something better to do, it is a great spot to hang out while you wait for your oil and filter change. This is the fourth car we've taken to Blazin' Blue because of the high quality of service and the professional customer service we receive which is rare these days.

At the end of the day receiving our car. Worse off. Then, when we dropped it off at this shop A to Z Auto Repair, our car was put on the street. New parts were taking off the vehicle.(PROOF RECIVED IN TEXT AND NEW SHOP RECEIPTS COLORADO TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR) We were forced to buy back. The keys that were programmed to our car. They found it was a fluid leak from my transmission cooler in the radiator. Had to have it replaced. But they did the work at a fair price and are always honest about how quickly they can get to my vehicle. For example I called in on a Monday and they scheduled me for the next morning because they could not get to it on the same day. The next morning I brought it in and they called within two hours to let me know what the problem was. They will also tell you what you can get by without and what they would absolutely recommend. Car repairs are expensive now days and there may be cheaper automotive repair shops and I definitely know there are more expensive one. But for an honest mechanic at a fair price I would definitely recommend.

I spent $3,000 at other local Pueblo car dealership for multiple issues and I was finally referred to T's by a family member and I spent less than $700 and my car was fixed. My car is old so it runs into problems often and T's is the ONLY place in Pueblo that will fix it for a VERY good price and will have it done so quickly. Each time my car has never taken more than 2-3 days MAX! They ALWAYS call and approve w me before they do any work on the car about price and parts even if something comes up, they will call.
