Best snowballs EVER!! Doesn't matter how long the line is or what the price is IM PAYING AND IM WAITING I love this place!!

These snowballs are DELICIOUS. My favorite in Lafayette. HOWEVER, I don't understand why the workers there do not know their own menu. They have a website which lists the different combination flavors you can order. All three times have been there I have tried to order from that list and end up having to explain to the girls there how to make them. Maybe I'm being too critical, but shouldn't an establishment train their employees to know their product? If they can't commit them to memory (it's a long list), then I would print and laminate the list to display inside the trailer. Just food for thought, as this is very annoying. read more

Wow!!! I absolutely love this place and am totally impressed! The only complaint I've seen here is the wait. I believe it's well worth it and honestly they now have a system to come around and take orders to minimize that wait a lot. So I know my review should be on the snowballs, but has anyone mentioned their chili?! It's amazing! I am so very picky when it comes to chili, and was very hesitant to try, but am so glad I did. They really should enter a chili cook off! It's homemade and delicious! They should really start selling the chili on its own by the pint at least. I love their snowballs and no matter how much of it I eat, for some reason, I do not get sick lol (as I have from many other overly sweetened snowballs). They definitely have the best in town! The variety of flavors, stuffings, and toppings cannot be matched. They don't skimp on the flavoring juice and they don't make it messy by overdoing it either. The ice is crushed to perfection. They have a punchcard as well that easily fills up! I get so happy and excited going there! I actually just left there and ate mine too fast to take a picture! I'm usually done with my chili dog before the first light when exiting and always finish my snowball before making it home. I like to do half strawberry daiquiri and half wedding cake with marshmallow fluff on top. The cherry and wedding cake are good sugar free alternatives if you want sugar free. The owner is super friendly and a hard worker who is clearly passionate about her business. All the staff is friendly and do a great job! A must visit place if you haven't gone yet!
