They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. I first spoke with Carol, who helped answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. We had our car towed to WDCC, and then I worked with Kym. Kym is a freakin' angel and a doll to deal with. She kept me updated, communicated frequently, and was super responsive to any questions I had during the process. She worked with our State Farm insurance and made it so so easy for us! Her ETA on completion was spot-on, and she and WDCC truly exceeded all expectations.
