The stylist told me she had to reschedule my appointment literally while I was driving from Charlotte, NC to atl. If I wouldn't have text her I wouldn't have known. She says she made a post on Instagram but if I have a scheduled appointment with you why wouldn't you call? Communicating via Instagram and not directly is just unprofessional. The stylist then proceeds to find me another stylist (due to her not being in town) who braided my hair bulky, cut my closure too short, & didn't even bother to lay my hair down in the front. I was in atl for a 3 day even for my job which required me to take a lot of pictures and I couldn't even look presentable. To top it off I shipped my hair to the stylist Tuesday because she said it needed to be there 3 days in advance and she didn't even touch the package. I paid money for shipping for what? She wasted my time & money but also she just left me feeling stupid and ugly. I literally struggle with my hair and for them to not care about making women feel good is just mind blowing. You should treat EVERYONE with respect & give your clients good service especially if it's their first time coming to you. I'm stuck with this hair unless I want to pay someone else to do it but we all know stylist don't like touching up on other people's work. I don't recommend this place to anyone & I just hope they understand how much this really hurt me. All women deserve to treat themselves and feel good.

I voiced that I didn't like how it was going because you can tell when someone is doing your hair wrong. And she rudely told me that I need to wait to the end to have any complaints. So at the end I tell her that she still never fixed the issue I brought up THREE times. She got nasty and rude and stopped doing my hair and didn't fix the issue or my closure that she RUINED by over bleaching. I still paid her and even tipped her just to be the bigger person and because she was a child.... she takes my money, tries to charge my card AFTER taking my cash, and then has her mother call me and threaten my life and talking ghetto and nasty. Do not deal with them. Work isn't great, price is way too much for the crappy service, and they are ghetto, rude, and just nasty.

It was my first time at the shop and after doing three rows, they stopped and told me I had to pay in cash. My daughter braid service started at 12pm on that date and did not end until 11:30pm that night. My daughter was getting knotless. My daughter asked them to correct the braids in the back because they were uneven from the front. The front braids were small and the back was medium. She asked several times if someone was going to assist with braiding. She did not get and answer and they were rude. I had to send for my daughter by a relative close in the area to go up to the shop to advocate more on her behalf because she is19 and obviously they knew how to be dismissive. It took over 10 hours for them to do knotless. Needless to say there was a deduction in money they received on our end. The style was finished at 11:30 pm with an apology issued after being confronted by the relative. Its not acceptable especially when they want to charge high prices and short change customers on braiding quality. Time is valuable just like money. I encourage you to reconsider where you invest your dollars. As a parent, it didnt sit well with me nor my child even if she is an adult.
