They have brisket, brisket burnt ends, short plate (brontosaurus) ribs, and chuck short ribs. I've also had the pleasure of enjoying their seasoned baked beans (amazing) and their stuffed jalapenos.... huge jalapenos stuffed with cheese, cream cheese, fatty brisket, and wrapped in bacon. I had an online order and arrived a bit early, she politely let me know there would be a little wait, and I did not mind. I would, much rather wait, than walk in twenty minutes early to see my food just sitting there. It is a small space, but one that comes with warmth. What I chose: Mixed Plate Teriyaki Beef - The first bite, YES! The meat was seasoned so well, I was afraid the teriyaki sauce would overtake the flavor; it didn't. Both, the sauce and the seasoning complemented each other very well. The beef was thinly sliced and free of fat. I can't stand enjoying a bite, and out of nowhere, boom, a piece of fat.
