Unfortunately, the bottom cover wish they had to remove to fix the problem, (In my opinion) was not secured properly and eventually came loose the next day, while driving home from work. I contacted them and they seem very sympathetic at first on the phone, but when I got there, the blame was shifted to (catalytic converter thefts)! i've had this car now for over a year and any kind of dismantling or theft done to it, and I am positive that is NOT the case here. my question is an establishment taking ownership of mistakes. not done intentionally but just a honest mistake! I was definitely disappointed in this, regardless of how long a Business has been established. it is common sense in anything in life that mistakes have and will be made here or there, because we're all not perfect! I have the upmost respect for those who own up to a mistake and take of them care of it, no questions asked! I still highly recommend them for excellent muffler repairs and installing jobs. No hard feelings, but disappointed for not owning up to a possible mistake, because this was not an incident to be blaming on something else! again, the quality done to the muffler was but the outcome due to putting things back together getting the job done , very poor.

Brought my vehicle in for an AC compressor repair and paid based on their diagnosis. Shortly after,…read morethe AC failed again under warranty. Now they say they'll replace the compressor, but I have to pay for a full system kit that should have been identified the first time. They also claimed the system was flushed, which raises concerns about why it failed again so quickly. On top of that, my vehicle developed a coolant leak immediately after their service that was not there before. When I asked about it, they said they "didn't know what to tell me." Overall, this feels like an incomplete diagnosis and poor accountability. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving repairs here.

I found myself in unfamiliar territory with two dogs and no spare in hot weather but right next to this shop. I asked for help. They don't normally service Rivians, so they didn't have the tire size I needed. They didn't know me and I'm not a local--so they had nothing to gain and had no reason to think they'd see me again. But three guys swarmed like a NASCAR team (not quite, but it sure felt that way), did a temporary fix to get me to a store that had the right tires, gave me good advice, and dropped everything they were working on in order to do it. They're good people. It's safe for real customers to assume they're honest, fair, do good work and will take care of them. Sincere thanks to you guys.

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.
