John was our tow truck extraordinaire, he quickly loaded the pickup truck onto the lift and brought it the whole 2 miles to our house and parked it neatly in our driveway. We were quoted about an hour when we called it in and went and had lunch when we got the call from John that he could be there in ten minutes- I think that was right at 40 minutes. So they promised and delivered in the time frame. I picked this company because it has been in business for 30 + years. I figured you wouldn't be around that long if you weren't good. I will say- when I called the number on Google it gave me an automated message that the mailbox was not set up for the phone number. I went to their website and they had the same number listed so I tried again with success. Phone skills have definitely gone by the wayside though- this is the 2nd towing company I have used in the last several months and neither took my name or number. I understand they can see my number- but they could at least say that. Confirm it. Something. I answer phones for work and there is something definitely lacking there. But the driver was well spoken both on the phone and in person.
