If I could give negative stars, I would. Towed my car without legal authority to do so (per Missoiri law with form 4669) Would not release my car without charging me $326 which is more than what it should cost even if towed legally, then went on to say they were going to charge me $406 because my husband called the police about it. The motor vehicle bureau, police & highway patrol notified. I asked for a copy of the 4669 form and they handed me one signed by them with nothing filled out to why the car was towed and at the bottom there was nothing filled out about them contacting the police of the tow (legally they have to have it filled out by law enforcement under section 304.157, RSMo) They then refused to let me pay by card (which I wanted for my records on this) and said they only took cash. Bottom line; the illegally towed my car then held it ransom until we paid them for it. They did not take picture of my car in the spot they towed from, did not notify local police or fill out proper forms. They did not follow any state procedures regarding towing. read more

I was down at the lake for the weekend, when my serpentine belt broke. The belt was clearly worn seeing that it was the original belt with over 250,000 miles on it. When I called this place lady tried telling me that the belt broke for some other reason than the fact that it been in use for over 250,000 miles. Before even looking at my car they were trying to generate problems that weren't even there. It's bull crap like that, and places like these that give auto repair a bad reputation! read more

Short story: They installed a broken strut (which they broke) on my car, charged me $750 for it, lied about a sensor error on the dash to cover it up. I won a judgement for $757.11 against them, Ron refuses to pay me. Long story: I went to Bradshaw Towing because they were new and they seemed like very good people. I had, what I thought was an issue with a control arm or bushing. Ron said it was the strut - he was certain. Although the strut probably did need changed, that did not solve the initial issue I was describing to him. Regardless, $750 and about three days to change both sides (documented). I dropped the vehicle off - it sat and sat until I stopped by. Claimed that one of the new struts had a bad sensor. Come to find out after a month of him having the vehicle, his garage damaged the sensor, couldn't return it and instead installed it on my car. When I picked it up (not knowing a broken part was on my vehicle) he told me there was a dash error regarding the suspension and it would go away in 50 miles. That also was not true. His garage actually broke the sensor and then attempted to jb weld it back on (see photo). Once I did find out what was going on (thanks to Big O in Osage Beach), I went to Ron Bradshaw and asked for my $750 back - he laughed and walked away. Took him to court and was given a judgement for my money back. Got a hold of Ron Bradshaw for my $757.11 the judge ordered him to pay. He refused, his attorney will not return my calls and now I have to go through the process (and pay for) a garnishment. No principles - Poor Customer Service - No care for his customers safety Unfortunately, my instincts were wrong about his personality, I just hope this kind of workmanship does not injure or kill one of his customers in the future. read more

This is my truck and trailer on the rollback. I have to say that Bradshaw auto and towing is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. They drove 45 miles to pick us up and took the truck to their shop and delivered us and our 2 dogs to a motel. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. This included installing a new motor in the truck in a satisfactory time frame. They did a wonderful job trying to get us back on the road. These are good people and we highly recommend them for towing and auto repair. read more

Price gouging! $1200 to tow my friends car! It's been reported.

My truck broke down at O'Reily's in Osage Beach. On the advice of employee Dustin, I called Bradshaw. There were there in about 8 minutes. Ronnie was the driver's name. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He even recommended where to have my key reprogrammed (instead of at the dealer). I will def be using Bradshaw for all my future towing needs. After this place replaced a part that wasn't even the issue for over $200, it broke down 5 minutes after picking it up. SAME issue as before. So, the SECOND Bradshaw tow was needed, and just like the first tow, our vehicle was left on the side of the road overnight after they told us they'd go get it that day. 3 weeks later, and four calls in later, they tell us our vehicle is ready at no charge. We thought that they were making up for the horrible service previously. We run to the shop, it's a few minutes until they close, but they already have the door locked. We find the key, start the van, AND IT DOESN'T START. HORRIBLE place with no understanding of customer service. We tell everyone about Bradshaw's, so our friends and family won't get screwed over for a month. read more

Fantastic company! I was in Lake Ozark for Memorial Day weekend and had car trouble. Met a relative of the owners at an Auto Zone, got their phone number, and they responded to the call on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. They came to my roadside location, fixed the issue, and didn't charge a penny for the call. Great company, and wonderful people! read more
