If they take the car in for the morning, it will be done in the morning and they don't try and charge you for added extras that you don't need. They also send you a reminder letter when your next service is due plus a text if you give them a mobile number. We also wen into see about a part exchange for a new car. The salesman was chatty and friendly and we were seen to straight away. He didn't offer a very good deal but could probably have been pulled down if we'd decided to go ahead with the deal. They always have plenty of cars both new and second hand on the forecourt to look at. These are reasonably priced.

The staff at solihull are friendly and polite at all times and make you feel very welcome and I know when it is time for my service that I can have a chat with them and this will make the experience very relaxing ,. They have a decent selection of cars available, which are parked out on the street during their opening hours. Their window display also has a whiteboard showing their full stock list. Their repair and MOT centre does a brisk trade. As I have a pretty old car I have trouble with it from time-to-time and I always ask the fellas there to take a look. Most of the time they simply offer advice (such as the time my wife left the car without petrol in it.....rather embarrassing!) but on the odd occasions they have done actual work on the car they have always been reasonable in their estimates and prices. I was lucky it hadn't caused an accident on the couple of journeys I used it for. the bmw mechanic gave me a detailed video explaining how it was a death trap- GMC still denying any probs - so obviously have to go to court now. Watch out- these are dodgy dealers. make sure you check out any car they sell you via a professional before you buy so you don't end up duped like me.
