I honestly didn't know if she'd spend two minutes with me or even do the testing because doctors seem to always want to tell you "you're fine" and send you on your way. I know I am a pretty healthy girl, but I was really interested to see my deficiencies. Not only did Dr.K listen to me, she helped me navigate through my fear of flying, which came up randomly because she actually talks to you and helped me understand more natural and realistic ways of dealing with my health, which is what I was so excited about. I have never felt like a doctor actually cared about me, until I met Dr.K.

She is part of the infinity primary care system. I really like Dr. Fitzgibbons. For my primary appointment, she spent a good 45 minutes with me, and I had some pretty strong concerns that she spent time talking to me about. She is extremely friendly and approachable. The office is busy. If you get an afternoon appointment, you may be waiting for a bit past your appointment time. There are many doctors there, so if you have to come in for something and Dr. Fitzgibbons is full, you can see someone else (her hours, btw, are Monday and Wednesday 9-5 and Thursday 9-12). So far I've been extremely pleased with the attention and care I have received there. They also have an email system set up so you can communicate with your doctor by email, which I like a lot since you can play a lot of phone tag with doctors normally.

That being said, Dr. Nick Stepanski is a very intelligent, kind like his father, "green", young provider learning to fill big shoes. I've been a patient of theirs for 30 years. Times have changed, communication is through a portal, which I love because the staff is really good at responding quickly. I absolutely love the staff. They are always pleasant over the phone, stopping in for a nurse visit, and through the portal.
