When I explained I've had several Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection, that's what he booked for for, even though I asked for a Cervical Facet Radiofrequency Ablation. I went through with it because it's a process. Despite the fact that the office has a website that offers script refills, and communication with the Drs, I was told by someone over the phone, "we don't use that', but no one could explain why it's offered online then. Nor do they refill scripts over the phone; a Dr visit is required. Last complaint. Monday-Thursday, last appointments are 3pm and 1pm on Friday.

This leads to calls not being answered & no one to talk to live but leaving VMs to only get delayed phone tag playing days after. As for me?- I am sadly that type of pain patient who is not necessary have ever found any serious pain relief from my chronic pelvic & back issues since my doctors have not found much answers on the exact cause or diagnosis of what's causing my pain. Thus, most & different injections did or do very little to zero to me. Not Doc George's fault, as I still always trust his expertise & him performing procedures whereas I feel safe while in his care.
