I tried calling them to confirm that they would be open, it goes to an overseas call center that told me they close at 7:00. So I HAUL ASS all the way here from Lebanon, arrive @ 5:25 and THEYRE CLOSED. SO I call customer service back and explain what happened then sit on hold for about 20 minutes. She assured me that she had spoken to someone named Ryan currently inside this facility, and that he would personally call me and arrange for me to pick up the package the same day. Then(!) I waited in the parking lot FOR 2 G*DD*** HOURS AND NOBODY CALLS. I finally call customer service back and the lady says, "I'll get back to you tomorrow." But she won't because I work all day tomorrow 8-5 meaning I won't get my package tomorrow and nobody will help or even give a sh*t that I now get to drive upwards of 3 hours back and forth to maybe hopefully get my package BEFORE THEY SEND IT BACK. F*CK THESE F*CKING PRICKS I HOPE THEY ALL GET FIRED AND ARE NEVER ALLOWED TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN. WHY WOULD YOU SAY "YOUR PACKAGE IS READY FOR PICKUP" AND THAN LOCK THE F*CKING DOORS 5 MINUTES LATER?!?!? F*CKING MORONS!!!! I can't believe how amazing Swift Couriers was to help us launch a huge employee welcome project…read more We had over 105+ deliveries that had to be delivered on a specific date, no earlier than a specific time, and all to individual residences across the Portland area including rural addresses. We are located in Washington - a whole state away! We fumbled our first pickup and had to reschedule and Swift Couriers worked with us to make sure we met our deadlines. They have been fair and reasonable in pricing, never trying to overprice or penalty fee our project. After the couriers delivered, we received notice that a few of the packages needed to be reclaimed and redelivered - Swift made this happen! They were gracious and acted with a can-do pleasant attitude! We received our final invoice and notice of completed deliveries and were thrilled, they were transparent the whole way through on pricing and service. Not great when you are investing $1,000 in a raised garden bed. Their selection in store is lacking (couldn't find a common style caulk) and relatively expensive. That said, my three stars goes to the easy-going employees and the unique selection of trim you won't find at big box stores. You can also special order materials and they are great to work with. For these three reasons, I have tried to support this business over the years. Just make sure you triple check the materials. Other than that, centrally located and easy.
