I recently hired Bradley Landscaping for a multi-faceted project. The project included repairing my sprinkler system, which had not worked in 5 years, completely re-sodding the front and side yards, putting in mulch rings around all of the trees and lastly, they were to remove all of the old, ugly shrubs and replace them with a new flower bed.
First, it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. From the day we signed the contract in May, it was over 2 months before they actually started on the project. Even though I told Bradley up front that the project had to be completed before August 1st due to HOA demands, I was constantly having to call them, urging them to start the project. They would never commit to a date.
They finally started on the project in the middle of July. First, they repaired the sprinkler system. The quality of work was okay, and the plant selection and rock filling for the new flower bed was very good. But the sod installation was very rough due to them not preparing the ground properly before laying the sod. When I had an area of the sod that died due to lack of coverage by the sprinkler system, Bradley kept promising to come back out and replace the sod under warranty, but he never did. All in all, I cannot recommend Bradley Landscaping. It was just way too much trouble. And I'm stuck with a yard that looks very rough. Bradley quit communicating several weeks ago.
