Dentists have always been really judgemental and make him feel bad but Dr. Koplow actually listened to my concerns and my son's fears. He made my son feel relaxed even though he was scared and when we had to return for a second appointment he didn't give me any trouble! The main receptionist, Branda is so patient and sweet. She is what every resptionist should be!!! The office is decorated as if you are under the sea and my 3 year old loves pointing out the fish and as he watches movies on TV. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Koplow's office!!

Last night, Missy's crown came out, and she left a voicemail for him at 10PM. The recording said he was not open on Fridays (my crown came out on a Friday, too), but she explained in the VM that she was leaving Sunday for a funeral in IL. He called her back and said he'd see her at 11AM today. Wow! That's impressive. Being an established patient is a benefit! We're here at Dr. Radar's office now, waiting for her. She said it wouldn't be long because it was a temporary, and she'll get the permanent crown after she returns from IL. He's THAT good! Should we relocate here, he's the guy we'll see for dentistry needs. Note: Missy was done in 30 minutes! We waited outside on a picnic bench, in the shade, and with a cool shade. He had one other emergency to see before her.
