Greg was very understanding of my situation and saw the case through to the end. I was very pleased with the ruling. He later also represented me in a court hearing for contempt and one for modification of child support and maintenance and I was also pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Mr Ortiz and feel like the work he did for my case was the deciding factor in getting a fair ruling from the court.

My ex-husband and I had a question about the Settlement documents that one of Divorce Resolutions mediators, Larry King, had prepared for us. We wanted clarity on this document, something that would have taken about 5-10 minutes. I assumed it was a stock form. I called and the woman I spoke to on the phone, Angie Valenzuela, had a rather haughty tone and seemed rather annoyed that I asked her a question about a previous moderator. Given the great experience I had previously and the fact that their job is to mediate, I was really shocked at her incredulous tone. Follow up email exchanges seemed to verify that. It's not worth going into detail, but she made clear that they purchased the moderator's business and that they were going to complete disassociate themselves from his work, both the good and the bad. Well, that means that I can't recommend them anymore. Unfortunately, I can't remove my review, so I am forced to leave a negative one instead. It's a shame that they're not carrying on the good tradition of Larry King's excellent service.

We were able to formulate a separation agreement within 2 or 3 appointments, even with somewhat complex issues (rental properties, PERA retirement, IRA's, etc.), and we were given the documents and tools to easily file with the court. When I first came to her, the situation was extremely concerning. I was facing the possibility of losing my home, paying substantial alimony and child support, and having very limited time with my children. I genuinely feared that the outcome could leave me in an incredibly difficult financial and personal situation. Rebecca and her team listened, understood my priorities, and fought incredibly hard for me and my children. They were knowledgeable, strategic, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they never made me feel like I was facing this alone. The outcome was far better than I could have imagined. Rebecca's strategy was on point! I do not believe I could have achieved this outcome without Rebecca and her team. They helped me protect my relationship with my children and allowed me a future that is promising. If you are going through a divorce and looking for an attorney who will genuinely advocate for you, knows what they are doing, and will fight for the best possible outcome, I highly recommend Rebecca and her team. No professionalism, no handshake, no attempt to really understand any particulars of my situation He threw some other papers at me, as I grabbed them to look at them, he quickly turned them all over and "We are done with this part already" I am so new to this, so I brought a list of questions to ask any potential attorney. He quickly ripped them out of my hand, and gruffly stated he would NOT be answering any of these questions (every other word from him was an expletive). The consultation only lasted about 15 minutes before I thanked him for his time (way too courteous on my behalf!) and left. I am still shook up over this horrible experience...I've only ever tried to do the right thing, and just haven't had the money to rectify my situation. Without really looking at any of my paperwork, he accused me of playing games, saying I was trying to "slink out of my debtor responsibilities", etc.. When I went in, I was only trying to understand my situation and what would potentially help it. When I left, I was way more confused, and he really made me feel like an awful human being. Not anything that Iwould expect from a bankruptcy attorney (Or human in general). Jennifer, I wish I would have read your review before wasting my time, and I only hope that one person reads these and spares themselves the humiliation of enduring this guy. There was only one lady in the office, but she was not rude to me in any way, and apologized (on his behalf) as I was leaving. Awesome, now I still need an attorney and some esteem counseling.
