He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly.
