I was offered 800$ and left, went down to bucks county coin. I was given 3500$ cash on the spot. Yesterday I went in with stagecoach silver bars 10 of them, she tried to tell me they were fake. So then I went back to the auction house where I purchased them, we drove to another place to have them x ray'd and tested. Nothing was wrong with them. They were Pure silver, and I was paid 350$ for them by this collector. Needless to say I will never buy or sell coins from this establishment! And the way she handled the situation by trying to embarrass me and degrade me in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. And I'm from northampton, I'll be telling everyone I deal and collect with to stay away.

He designed my wife's engagement ring and wedding band, which are absolutely stunning and timeless. He then crafted custom earrings with her initials hidden on the back--a thoughtful touch that made them so personal and special. Matt also made a pair of flower earrings for my niece and a necklace with our children's initials that my wife treasures. Every piece Matt has created for us has been beautifully designed, masterfully crafted, and filled with meaning. Beyond his incredible craftsmanship, Matt makes the entire process enjoyable. He listens, offers creative ideas, and pays attention to every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he's designing for, not just the jewelry itself. Matt doesn't just make jewelry--he creates heirlooms that our family will cherish forever. We feel so lucky to have found him and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Rude and unprofessional experience - treated with disrespect for asking basic questions…read more I came into this store genuinely interested in buying a sterling silver cross pendant priced at $380. As a serious buyer, I asked the owner, David, if he could please weigh the piece so I could better understand its value. He immediately got defensive and snapped, "We don't sell by the weight." I calmly explained that I wasn't asking him to price it by weight--I just wanted the information to compare market values. He reluctantly weighed it and it turned out to be only 9 grams, which is light for a pendant at that price, especially considering it was made by an unknown maker and used cubic zirconia. When I pointed out that it seemed overpriced, David accused me of wasting his time--even though I was clearly asking respectful, informed questions about a potential purchase. I left the store feeling completely disrespected. His aggressive tone and dismissive behavior made me wonder if I was being judged based on my age or background. No customer deserves to be treated like that just for doing their due diligence. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair service or transparency.
